Parque Mourabel Oasis Village

we booked this holiday as we were coming out of COVID and were looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing as well as having all the facilities to ensure that we could relax and unwind. Our apartment was clean and tidy with all required utensils. The block we were in was in need of some updating and required a lick of paint. The pool area was adequate although some of the tiles around the pool were loose and needed replaced. The shop on site was good with all necessary food and drink. The Hotel complex was approx 25min walk from the marina and was a pleasant stroll through a park. The staff at the hotel were really helpful and the breakfast was good if you were after a continental breakfast..

Very good accommodation, helpful staff, free bus to the beach and marina 3 times a day, food available throughout the day, 24hr reception. Large balcony overlooking the pool, entertainment in the evenings.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the room bathroom smelt & the broom cupboard in the living area also smelt, the floors were dirty & stained with tea, so obviously had not been cleaned before we arrived. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel

Stayed here many times, many different apartments, always, neat tidy, modern, comfortable if you are not happy with your apartment the hotel will do their best to move you at your convenience. Always good value for money. Jet2 on the beech tomsons all do bookings here

Thank you to all the staff at parque mourabel for being so pleasant and helpful, we have spent a wonderful 6 weeks with you, we didn't want to leave Our superior apartment was fully equipped with really good quality equipment on the days we did not want to cook, the food in the restaurant was really nice and at a very reasonable price, the grounds were well kept and pool area very clean and tidy. Can't wait to return

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Fiona and Susana at reception where very friendly and helpful to us. Would recommend staying here. The staff in restaurant was friendly. Also there drivers are nice told us where the vest places to go and told us about the place we visited. All in all nice people and helpful

Average quality ,flight was brilliant but poor quality hotel. We were given room far from actual place where there was no wifi, sofas were not clean was itchy. Ants in kitchen area. Location was good.

We love every bit of our stay.. the staff were really helpful and caring. We booked one bedroom but they upgraded is to 2 bedrooms. The pool was quite most of the times so the kids had enough space to themselves.

Stayed here for the first time and am very impressed with the standard of accommodation. Stayed in a one bedroomed apartment which had everything you would need for a self catering holiday. There a 2 super markets nearby although the hotel restaurant was very good an reasonably priced. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the bar was ok but the entertainment not so good. There are other bars a short distance away but a taxi into Villamora was only 6 Euros so worthwhile to go if you want a bit more nightlife.

Room had pet hair all on the floor, I had to sweep it all up before opening the cases. The showwr head kept falling off the wall hindge hitting me twice. Not good if you have a child in the shower. Bedding wasn't great, had a white bed sheet and then this very old looking blanket which didn't look or feel nice at all. We couldn't check in until 4pm but they said they would try to book us in at 3 which they did. We wasn't told about late check in from anyone.

This hotel/apartment was in need of repair, beds falling apart , drawer fronts falling off , holes in wardrobes. It is also, though pleasant, a 30 minute walk to get to beach and centre. There is a courtesy bus which runs 3 times a day. There is nothing to do on site, there are 3 swimming pools but never seen them get cleaned so didn't use them. the entertainment at night was ok. There was rubbish lying outside at bins for days before getting cleaned up.

Staff were so helpful and went out of their way to do above and beyond. Anything we needed they did for us. My 20 month old nephew was taken ill and I had to ask the staff to call an ambulance. They were amazing even helped to translate into English what the doctor was saying. And made the effect to come and see us to make sure he was OK. Couldn't thank them enough...
