Hotel Benidorm Plaza

Weather wasn’t that great but it didn’t matter staying in Benidorm or at the Plaza. Special thanks for Romania who was great fun,,,hope you enjoy the new darts. Rooms probably need updating but they meet our needs. Food is great and the staff in the restaurant fantastic especially our friend Jose who really looked after us. Air con didn’t work quite as it should but it was sorted very very quickly by the maintenance man who did a good job. Swimming pool is great and covered so when it did rain it made no difference. All in all another great time...thanks

Good location close to both beaches and within a 5 minute walk to the old town, which is full of charm and character although can be very hectic at night time when the hoards descend. Beaches are great both within a shorat walk but get very busy, arrive early sunbeds are €4.50 euros each along with a parasol. Restaurant was good with plenty of choice although could get very busy at peak times. The only critism was we arrived about 14.00 after an early morning flight but we could access the room till about 15.30 .

Hotel in a great location, with everything in walking distance. On arrival room was not ready as we arrived at 11.30, no issue they took our bags and we went for a walk and drink or two. Booked in at 14.00 and straight in to the room. Bedroom was spacious, clean and plenty of storage, Great air com, and fridge. Bathroom had a walk in shower with 2 heads, very good space and very clean. Balcony was good space and clean. Swimming pool area was great, a high percentage of Spanish people so no beds being saved which was great. Bar staff could not do enough for you, put your hand up and they come and serve you with a smile and laugh. dining area was clean and bright, not sure why some people have moaned on reviews about food as there was plenty, hot and tasty. We eat too much, and we never waited at the self service/s. Location great for old town, and new town within 15 minute walk, 30 minute to the end of new town. Quite where the hotel was, but within minutes in the night and day life. Trying to think of an negative, but both my friend and i could not really find one. We did get locked out on the balcony first day, as no external handle, however shouted down and maintenance come and let us back in, it was so funny so no hardship and we never shut the door again whilst on the balcony. Overall excellent place to stay.

Good clean hotel in good location with good food. We were on 13th floor with views over pool area and onwards to the beach. Easy walking distance to the old town and the beach. I would guess 75%+ of the Hotel guests were Spanish, and the food selections in the restaurant reflected this, but it was excellent food, and it is in Spain after all !

Third visit to this hotel and just as good as ever - good location - convenient for Old Town - good bars and restaurants in resort - food in hotel good with plenty of choice - some reviews have commented onfood being cold - but we had no problems - a particularly nice touch was Cava on the breakfast bar! Rooms well equipped, but agree with other reviews that tea/ coffee facilities would be appreciated in the room. It would have been nice to have an early morning cuppa on the balcony before breakfast. Most guests were Spanish, but the animations team made sure to also speak in English. Particularly enjoyed the Owls Show!

Benidorm Plaza is always to joy to stay at...The rooms are spotless,and the restaurant is always good with a lot of different food.The staff are polite and friendly and they seem to hold on to staff which to us is a good sign.Throughly enjoyed and very pleased

Enjoyed another holiday in the Benidorm Plaza. Check in was very quick and both rooms were ready. The rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day. There was always plenty of choice in the restaurant and the staff were very efficient and polite especially Jose (sorry if I got the name wrong ) He always remembered what we ordered for drinks with our evening meal . The only downside was the weather but thankfully the hotel has a covered pool so we were still able to have a swim.

Great hotel .lovely staff.even gluten free packed lunch.lots of Spanish guests.great area very quiet.pity hotel not in jet2 listing this year.had no problems with jet2 other than case broken at airport, but jet2 will give us a replacement.
