Festival Village Apartments & Aquopolis Waterpark

Good hotel a bit dated and of the beaten track butv1p mins up the road is La Pineada which has a great beach and some lovely bars. Apartment was large and clean. Food was great. Entertainment every night and security on site every evening. We would go back

We're do i start from the minute we got there the manger made us feel at home . The restaurant was excellent the food was always hot and we had a different menu everyday. The hotel was spotless very clean . The bar staff were really helpful friendly and polite . The cleaners did a great job rooms cleaned everyday .The pool area was cleaned through out the day .

Lovely holiday, food good ,apartment lovely loads of room beds comfy only down falll was we didn't come late on night but still had to be out at 10 in morning when leaving to go home should of been a later room as our flight wasn't till night so had to hang around most of day and Manager was lovely 😊

We were a family of 4. kids were 12 and 16 and wasn't much in the way of entertainment for them. The pool was very small for the amount of guests and the sun beds were practically on top of each other, you were lying beside strangers and had no privacy. Our room was very basic and had only 1 mirror which was in the bathroom so this caused delay in every one getting ready at night as 1 couldn't do their hair etc until another got out of the shower. Also I thought I had got bitten by mosquitoes but turns out it was bed bugs !!!! I'm still scratching. The rooms were given a quick clean every day but no proper cleaning was done in our 12 days. On the plus the reception staff were excellent and the food was good, always a good choice, i wouldn't return.

Went in June 2017 .. pool felt a little small because iof all the inflatables allowed in the pool..we thought the entertainment was great . Foid was good also and we are fussy eaters ..!seemed plenty of choice . Worth the money

Brilliant value for money if you have children plenty to do water park a must pay for 1 day get 1 day free hotel has great entertainment for small children trips to Barcelona only a hr away by coach porta ventura great day out for adults and children overall brilliant holiday

Friendly staff. Very clean. Brilliant children's entertainment. Food was excellent and all freshly cooked, a diffetent theme every night. Something for everyone. My only gripe was having to pay for wifi. I have since received an email to say this will be free from next summer though.

Not a bad stay here but not the best hotel I have been in. Food was good most of the time but sometimes too cold!! Pool was freezing but the kids didn't seem to mind, pool area needs a good clean! Kids loved the kids club. Reception staff were lovely and very informative. Evening entertainment not great but maybe cause it was nearly end of season?? There was no shops open near by because it was October but even if they were open it was only small supermarkets had to go to salou for shops which seemed a much better town to stay in as did la piñada just down the hill. Out of our party of 6 three of us had a bad stomach bug while away including my child who was so sick they ended up sleeping on the bathroom floor to get to the toilet on time!! But all that said we did all enjoy the holiday but we prob won't go back there

A joke having to start queing at 7am toget a sun lounger when the pool dos not open toll 9 No shop or super market in hotel or close by Staff not sure of bus times Cleaners worked hard and rooms clean

Would recommend this hotel was fab for me and my family kids had a great time too. Rooms were huge and food was best i have ever had on holidays. The manager is a lovely man who cares about everyone who stays in his hotel. I would defo recommend

Stayed here for a week with my daughters aged 5, 13 & 20. Our apartment overlooked the roads though we didn't go there to stay in the apartment & look out the windows. We were met by the manager on arrival & shown to the bar to get a drink whilst last minute checks were made within half an hour we were checked in cases dropped off & sat at the pool. Food was good though we had some odd choices on our plates but there was something to eat for all of us ( 2 fussy eaters ) food was hot & plentiful also replenished quickly & the snack bar was also good u can bring nuggets or pizza from there into the restaurant if you or the little ones wanted something from there down side was u had to get your drinks from the snack bar to bring into restaurant unless u wanted water or juice which was vile we tried watering it down mixing it my little one doesn't drink fizzy pop or water thankfully I'd read a review & took cordial for her. The entertainment was dire most nights but I couldn't fault the entertainment crew that run kids club & tried to engage the crowd while the acts were on stage. The bar staff were great in fact all the staff from cleaners through to manager were all lovely welcoming polite people nothing was too much trouble. Location is a bit out of the way but great for us as we wasn't planning on moving too far but the beach is only about 15 minutes walk (with a 5 yreat old) the smaller water park was there also & there was bus stops right outside the hotel to take you either into La Pineda or main Salou. All in all we had a fab time & a lot of laughs !

Hotel manager met us on arrival very informative.the staff at the hotel very friendly with adults and children.The Hotel was clean for a three star it has three lifts,plenty of sun beds.the food was of a high standard and if great variety this hotel should be classed as a four star.
