Rixos Premium Gocek

We all had an amazing time , staff were the best ! Three in particular which I must name as they were fantastic ..Berk Can Akdi , Tuncay Abi, Eroldurgu 5+ service. Food and drinks were great having a choice of selected brands. Rooms were great. It was our first holiday with Jet2 and we all want to say it was fabulous , we will defiantly book another this year . Thank you for making six woman very happy .

The room was as expected, spacious and every comfort. Meals could not be better. Never got tired of the buffet in the evening and breakfast as the choice is the best I've ever seen. Lunch is a choice of the bar restaurant or a short boat trip to the secret beach where the choice is not plentiful but enough. The only downside to our needs/wants was that the music in the evening was loud and very much the same music although it was different bands. Goes on till Midnight. We got used to it. All in all we had a fabulous stay and hope one day to return to be pampered once more.

Hard to fault the hotel: several different places to eat, the food and service was excellent. We had to walk quite a long way to the pool and restaurants but that had the advantage that our room was very quiet.

Staff attentive and quick to deal with any problems/queries. Wonderful, tranquil location Standards in the hotel where very high Overall left with the impression that as a guest you were important to them !

Super hotel in a lovely location. Ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Use free boat trip rather than pay for 12 islands one. Take advantage of secret beach. If enough people in the group hire a pavilion for the day, quite expensive for 2 people only.

Generally a good experience. A few niggles. The room was excellent, spacious,very clean, very comfy bed. Well away from the road and boatyard! Block 17.The grounds were very neatly maintained and everywhere was nice and clean. Because there was some noise from the boatyard next door they felt the need to keep the music around the pool area rather loud. Not very relaxing!The yoga and pilates classes were great, however where they were positioned we had noisy ventilators from the peoples restaurant on one side and the boatyard on the other. Not very zen. We went to the secret beach a number of times and it was great. Peaceful, relaxing with great views. Bar service was touch and go. I didn't have a decent gin and tonic the whole week we were there. Very little gin and too much veg! The red wine was fine as was the tea/coffee etc. Breakfast offering was excellent, lunch was fine, dinner usually ok . Nearly impossible to order wine with dinner in the buffet restaurant though. Service was much better in Peoples restaurant so we went there a few times even though the menu was limited. The evening entertainment was usually excellent, a number of super bands. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

A stunning hotel set in beautiful and cared for grounds in an outstandingly beautiful part of Turkey. The layout of the hotel gives a lovely feel of privacy with rooms that have all you need designed with a stunning flair. Great showers and fab hairdryers, toiletries that smell divine, tea and coffee facilities and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The food is outstanding with different choices every night in the main restaurant and the fish and Peoples restaurants if you fancy a change. They all offer great food and service. The pools and beach are something special. The trip to the secret beach in the shuttle boat was all part of the great experience. The food in the beach restaurant was worth the trip alone. If you fancy getting pout Gocek is a 10 min slow walk and has a great variety of shops, bars and places to eat. All the staff at Rixos deserve a special thank you as they worked so hard to ensure that we were looked after and made to feel special. Mustafa at the beach and Legend (sorry don’t know his name but looks like Freedy Mercury) in the main restaurant were brilliant, they helped make the trip the success it was. There is nothing I could fault and nothing I would improve. This is a hotel worth recommending and I will definitely be visiting again. 10/10.

We travel a lot longhaul and have stayed in some fabulous properties we were pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is. The grounds are immaculate an very pretty and the rooms are lovely. We e mailed and asked that we had two rooms near each other and this is what we got, the lower floor rooms have an outdoor patio and the upstairs do not, we loved sitting in the sun with our coffee in the mornings. The restaurants were good and the food choice good but we found the service a little lacking as you often had to ask several times for a drink rather than the staff offering this to you, also many times the tables were not set with cutlery and you found yourselves either asking or getting it yourself which is hardly five star and let the hotel down. The tables however were always cleared quickly and everything is kept immaculately clean. Some of the evening entertainment was good a band called Blu was excellent but sometimes the entertainment was far too loud and they started warming up at around 4 oclock which spoilt the afternoon because it was too loud. Gocek is beautiful and Rixos has lovely views and is a beautiful hotel. The boat to the secret beach is lovely and we loved having lunch at the secret beach it is very beautiful and we think it made the hotel special having the boa service to the beach. All in all we had a very nice holiday and will be looking at the Rixos brand for future holidays and would return to the Rixos.

Just returned from a fabulous holiday at this hotel for 11 nights. The highlights were the super staff that serve all your needs cheerfully and effectively. The food is generally very good and the secret beach is a joy. We did attend the spa for the full hammam experience and it was well worth while. Tolga the manager of the spa was always extremely helpful attentive and good company throughout the visit. Have a special mention for Rollergirl who was outstanding around the pool and a joyful presence that enhanced the holiday for the customers. She deserves a massive bonus! We were early on in the season and the town was being prepared for the season so it did feel that we did not see the best of Göcek. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel sometime in the future.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely position in gocek, secret beach is a real gem, and the boat rip over is lovely, rooms are beautiful clean ans spacecious, not much selection of restaurants only the two to choose from which after a while can get a bit boring,so we walked into gocek a few nights and ate out, the beach restaurant is amazing!we ate there most lunchtimes,entertainment could be better with different acts maybe? a lot of turkish bands! but we would bo back.
