Brac Island Splitska holidays

You’ll struggle to find an inch of Brac Island that isn’t the epitome of idyllic, but Splitska surpassed that brief with its boat-speckled harbour and palm-trimmed scenery. It’s only teeny tiny, but its intriguing history spans back centuries, including a pirate invasion, no less!

An isle of enchantment

Less than 5km for Splitska you’ll find the Island of Brac Museum, which is a marvel in itself thanks to its positioning within the 16th-century Radojković Tower. If you’re intrigued by local customs and culture, this charming little landmark is not to be missed.

Super Supetar

Neighbouring Supetar’s got so much to shout about. Think neo-Byzantine architecture, 6th-century mosaics and oodles of ancient monuments, all backed by a hilly green backdrop. Check out the dainty souvenir shops or pull up a pew in one of the charming little cafés and watch the world go by.
