Minura Sur Menorca & Waterpark

This hotel is a basic 3*, you get what you paid for. It was clean, friendly staff and food was ok. Unfortunate that there were queues to get into the restaurant to eat. The waterpark just opposite absolutely made this holiday. I’d come again just for the water park and how close it is to the hotel.

Hotel room was fine, best hotel yet for food choices and drinks and snacks available for adults and kids, entertainment was ok better for tge younger children, waterpark was great, a little ruff on feet and shutes a little ruff on shorts and backside, would go back tho

Went here with my twin boys (11yrs) and arrived at lunch time. We were seen and given our room key quite promptly. The room had two single beds, a sofa bed, tv and a separate bathroom, the room was big enough for us as all we did was shower and sleep. There was a lot of choices in the food hall to eat, so we never went hungry. The boys loved playing with the other kids in the pool, and took part in the daily activities organised by the animation team. The good thing was that you could pop over to the water park and go on the slides freely. We spent a day in the capital, which was a 25min bus journey, and done the glass bottom boat trip. I had a couple of issues with the room and water park but the jet2 holiday reps were great and resolved the problem straight away. We went for 10 days and by the end we didn't want to go home. Next year more of my family want to come with us , as it's nice slow relaxing go at your own pace holiday. Spend a day around the pool, water park, walk down the beach , take a bus to Mahon, ride the kids train , rent a motor and explore, do whatever whenever ....

Really lovely staff. Lovely clean hotel. Fantastic splash park. Only downside, nothing really within reasonable walking distance. No local cafe's, coffee shops outside the hotel to visit unless you were prepared to travel by bus or taxi.

Overall we had a great time here. We spent most days at the waterpark and only visited the hotel pool once the park closed. The food was really good with great options and no big queues. I could get my morning coffee fix very easily :). The drinks are good, it has a small onsite shop with fair prices. All the staff were very helpful and seemed happy enough. The rooms are small but we slept really well here and the beds / pillows were comfortable. The evening entertainment is a bit lacking but we would definitely go back here.

I stayed at hotel sur at the beginning of June. Accommodation was clean and tidy. Food was repetitive and not very well labelled it was edible. My Daughter is fussy and didn't eat much. Snack time is better for children with things they like to eat. The kids club was brilliant my Daughter is 6 and she loved it. The kids club team were fabulous and very lovingly and caring towards all children making them feel comfortable and encouraged to join in. The splash park was fantastic never busy and really made the holiday for us. There were plenty of sunloungers both at the hotel and the splash park. I am a single parent and travelled alone with my Daughter. I felt very safe and comfortable. The bus service right outside the hotel was really good and easy to get around the island. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room so I took a hot drink to the room each night. There was a fridge in the room to keep water in and a 1.5 litre bottle from the hotel bar was only 1euro. We had a lovely holiday.

Just returned from a week at Hotel Club Sur Menorca, we all had a great holiday. Hotel is lovely, well maintained, clean, friendly staff. Food was great, enough options to keep everyone happy even a toddler and a fusy 8yr old. Standard hotel room is a bit tight for space when travelling with kids. Over all an excellent hotel, beautiful beach close by, great family holiday.

Hotel was lovely very secluded area not a lot around free mini bus took you to local beach for free Area was very deralict hotel had waterpark that was free to hotel guest's We traveled in mid may so not much was open or going on Entertainment was excellent however noise volume was effected due to surrounding area were people lived
