Try to book updated rooms, food excellent ,conservatory Dining if preferred,location very good. All staff very helpful and pleasant. Evening entertainment. Sometimes a little below average.pools heated to good temperature,

Great food, great entertainment, great pool . The staff were always friendly and helpful in every way- couldn't have asked for more. I would recommend this hotel to any couples who want a holiday without the kids

We have stayed at the Vik San Antonio 10 times in total. All the staff go that extra bit to make your holiday. The hotel’s rooms are spotless and the food is fine. Sometimes the hot food could do with being hotter. Steps can be a bit of a problem for anyone who has difficulty walking, There aren’t enough lifts really. The hotel is well positioned by the beach and very close to the shops.

Really disappointed in this hotel. A piece of jewellery went missing on cleaning - all personal property moved each day. Hotel refused to accept blame. This isn’t a 4* hotel. Best tables were reserved for favourite guests, communal spaces tired. Would not recommend

3rd time here but would probably look at self catering next time. Couldn't fault the hotel. Food as good as ever and love the location. Cleaners in every day doing a great job. Just feel that we were regimented to meal times so would look for more flexibility in future.

Stayed here for a week in August...cant fault this hotel, food was fantastic..we had 2 Chinese nights Indian, sushi....pool area was always clean and could always get beds. Would deffo return here it was real value

Had never been to Lanzarote before and I was recommend this hotel and was glad I went with it I had my most relaxing holiday in ages. Staff very pleasant, food all very well prepared and lovely. Fantastic evening entertainment with varied type of professional acts, with waiter service so you could enjoy watching them. Slight problem was they have a lot of steps to different parts outside which could affect people with buggies or in chairs. We had a lovely holiday here.

As the subject heading, we have been coming to the VIK San Antonio for 10 years, yes I know what people say that some of the rooms need updating, and they are dealing with it. The staff in every area are wonderful, the choice of food is amazing, but you will always get some people nit picking, you cant please all of the people all of the time! I would highly recommend the San Antonio,.

holiday fine but no wifi in hotel rooms only in the lobby no tea making facilities you can rent a kettle for 17 euros a week mini bar fridge can be hired at 12 euros a week to keep milk drinks etc rooms very clean beds comfy

We had a great overall experience during our stay. We had booked a superior side sea view room, however we felt the room view was primarily tennis courts. Reception were very helpful in reallocating us to a std room which had a much better location. The location and grounds of the hotel were excellent with a large expanse of beach to the left and shops/bars to the right. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfy (memory foam ?) and the rooms clean. We found the food was generally a good standard. The show dishes of Chinese and Curry was very good. We found the dinning experience relaxed and not too busy. A great idea was being able to get pots of tea at breakfast instead of having too get refills and you can finish off with a coffee on the terrace

Tired hotel in good seafront position. Uninspiring buffet restaurant with not good quality food. Low level of equipment in rooms, no tea making facilities, use of room safe not free, use of fridge not free to use, for a 4 star hotel very dissatisfied Very poor evening entertainment and poor choice of drinks at bar.

Hotel is very dated could do with a referb, the bathroom we had had a curtain round a bath !!!! come on its the 21 firs century !!!! had to pay for the safe, had to pay for the fridge !!! the TV was like something we had in the caravan back in Rhyl in 1966 the food was fantastic but 4star no chance.by the way if you want an omelette forget it the chef was the Lanzarote hide and seek champion when we came in he wen,t missing !!!!!
