Enjoy local tipple Hierbas (it's pronounced yerra-bus). Tan-orange in colour, it's been made on the island for more than 200 years and has a distinctive taste of aniseed. It's also said to be good for the digestion. So you have a good excuse to drink it - just say it's for medicinal purposes!
