When we first arrived the room was clean enough and had plenty of space for the two adults and one toddler. However it became aparent that the room was not being cleaned, the towels were not being changed etc. The bins in the kitchen and bathroom were overflowing which is not satisfactory when you have a toddler around. We asked at reception why the room had not been done and were told that the rooms are only cleaned twice a week. Reason being was that they were an aparthotel. As we had booked on a half-board basis, this made no difference to what they would do. We were told that there was a mop, bucket and broom on our balcony. Well I am sure that everyone will agree that when you go on holiday (not self catering) you do NOT expect to have to clean your own room. As for emptying the bins, there was a very small bin on the landing, which was no more than a cigarette bin - useless!!! When we were asked how our stay had been and we advised the receptionist (obviously for the second time), the response was that there was a bin in the car park that we could have used - incredulous. With regard to the food, this was passable at best on most nights but they really surpassed themselves on our last evening, in that the food was totally inedible. Would have been happy to pop out to get a bite to eat and pay for it, however the hotel is a fair distance (up a steep hill) from anywhere. So overall, not a great place to stay and not a great advert for Jet2. We have travelled with Jet2 on numerous ocassions (last one being in February) to other places, whereby we have been given apartments with kitchen facilities, and these have been cleaned on a daily basis, we had no reason to believe that this should be any different. Jet2 - you should advertise such things as how often the place is prepared to clean your accommodation - as this would have an impact on where people would choose to stay.

I have stayed here before and was put off by the hill up to the hotel,however,I factored in 6 euros a night for a taxi to get back and it was fine. Very clean with large apartments in comparison to others it is excellent value for money.The pool was excellent for kids and adults and is highly recommended. There is a small shop to purchase all food and drink and is competitive with the supermarkets in Town. My one reservation was I noticed a group of young men signing in using choice language and excitable. Other people (who were shocked) mentioned to me that groups of women and men were not welcome on the website. If the hotel goes down that route I can assure you families and couples will stop going!

Third visit in as many years. Staff friendly rooms large and comfortable. Well equipped. Pool Large and lots of sun loungers. Bar has two happy hours a day serving Amstel and strongbow at half price in those two hours. Food is good entertainment main season a little dated. There’s a steep Hill up to the hotel but we don’t mind it. And a taxi is three euros from the bottom once down the hill You’re in to the old town turn left when you hit the beach and just keep walking beautiful Clean beaches with spotless sand shops are great. Try ale hop it has at least three shops dotted around fantastic quality stuff at amazingly cheap prices. Land train is also worth a trip. About 8 euros in taxi into the strip if you want to see some action. Morgan’s has a different act every hour from 8 all for free this year Bruno Mars was a stand out super star. Later in the evening there’s a queen tribute not to be missed Weather was lovely end of March. Coach and horses pub behind the park and promenade on way into old Town has a fantastic menu and service second to none.

Stayed at the terralta for a week in November no complaints about apartment plenty space to move about all equipment you need and food in restaurant was very good with plenty of choices. Town is only a 10min walk away

2nd time we have been here and love it. Would recommend it but if you have breathing or mobility issues the trek down to the front could be too much. The entertainment could be better. The pool is spotless and so is the rest of the apartments.

We had a lovely 4 days here would definitely go back we did not eat there so can not comment on that beds and room were fab and the air con the walk down to town is fine but walking back in the heat not so but taxi was only 5 euro back up
