Really enjoyed this hotel. The room was very spacious,comfortable and clean. We had the large balcony which was amazing. You could sunbathe in the balcony but there was also plenty of shade in the balcony as well. We used the hot tub in the balcony a couple of times, which was fine and was cleaned every day. We were half board and the breakfast was ok, toaster not great and not much selection. The main meal food was lovely but you didn't have the usual large selection we are used to, you got a menu with around 3 selections on each course rather than all the different food islands with large choices. Not the quality of food but the selection on offer was disappointing. The location for me was great but to get anywhere you had loads of steps to go down which was fine for us and we would get a taxi back up which there was loads and would cost around 5euros but if you had any mobility issues you would need a taxi down as well. Overall enjoyed the hotel and the rooftop bar was nice and quiet to enjoy a nightcap.

Very good hotel, clean and staff very helpful. Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds .Something for everybody in the resort. A lot of steps tp main resort area so not for those with disabilities although taxis are cheap and very regular

food crap beer prices too expensive but nice hotel to stay would stop again room only 4.20 euros a 3 quarter pint of beer 1/50 euros in resort in some bars look for a bar called talk of the town good prices there

ffantastic hotel ffantastic staff especially Jose at the bar & Hadi in the restraunt , the only reason we wont give it a 5 star we were on half board and felt the menu was repetative after a few days we were there for 10 days

First impression on arriving was wow looked so nice the staff every very friendly and welcoming The room was spotless Very spacious with every thing you you need if you fancied a night in Daily room service which is a must for me 24 hour reception Gym with my husband used Also a spa

This hotel is fantastic, this had been my third visit, first one was good (maybe to do with not being full as there was building work next door) staff were very attentive and we were all moved to the best rooms away from the building going on next door that was in July 2015. So decided to return in April 2016 which wasn't just as good as hotel was full and the staff didn't seem as approachable or care, wasn't sure if I would return this summer but thought I would give it another try and I'm so glad I did!. Emailed them a month before my holiday to request a high floor room as I travel alone and feel happier being higher up, when I arrived I was given my room on the 6th floor which was ideal.(2016 I had made the same request and had been given the 2nd floor!) The room had a jacuzzi and 2 sunloungers on the balcony ( 2016 I had asked if I could have 1 sunlounger and they refused and said not all balconys have them) Rooms are all very well equipped with everything you could need, full fridge with freezer box (great for ice cream) microwave, hob, all cutlery&plates, even washing up liquid and cloths to wash&dry with. Maid service everyday and in the room cleaning for at least 15mins.with clean towels as and when needed as well as the bed linen.( bed and pillows the comfiest I've ever had on a holiday) I was on a bed and breakfast basis and what a great breakfast it was, fresh orange from a machine that was squeezing the oranges in front of you, lots of choices from the hot and cold buffet including smoked salmon and a variety of fresh fruit every day. As it's an Adults only the peace and quiet is just what I want from my holiday and feel I've come back home with my batteries recharged and I can't wait to return next year again. There is so much more I could say about the Servatur Casablanca but if you do go there you won't be dissapointe!

Stayed here for a week October 16. Friendly helpful staff, hotel excellent very clean, pool area very nice, we booked for breakfast and it was good value plenty of choice. I will be returning next year.

Amazing stay, hotel and staff excellent and in a brilliant place for restaurants and shopping. We stayed on the top floor of the hotel, fabulous balcony with a Jacuzzi bath and a breath-taking view. , There is a beautiful roof terrace for extra sun bathing too. Food was lovely. The hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated and the staff were very friendly and efficient.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. A short walk to centre of all bars and restaurants with beach front further 10 mins away. Taxis are only 3 euros if you don't fancy the walk back to hotel. Would return to this resort again.
