Hotel listed as 4 star, No way more like 2 star, food terrible, snacks at pool terrible even on all inclusive (very poor choice) food in restaurant aimed more at European tourists, very little for British tastes. Will not be back and do not recommend

Decor is a bit dated bit room was large and plenty of variety for breakfast. Reasonably central for the beach and and plenty of places to choose from to eat out. Lovely clean long stretch of beach beautiful wall.

As a family we took 3 rooms. They were big and bright and clean although one did have an ant problem. The hotel itself was nice but there are a few bad bits The food was not to the liking of any of us (7) and maggots in my fruit when bit into it! The pool and sun beds were only open from 10-8 and queuing started around 9am so rarely got one. Although advertising family entertainment this didn't start until 10.30pm so little ones were passed themselves.

You couldn't ask for more from a holiday.no complaints whatever.the service at the restaurant was Very good.the service at reception was very good and the room cleaner was excellent. The hotel was In a great location away from the centre of fuengirola but with enough bars and restaurants to keep us going.wouldn't hesitate to go back to this hotel.

we have stayed at this hotel a few times now. food good for all family, they are 2 pools only downside is all the people putting towels on sunbeds and leaving until late afternoon when we went the pool was empty but could not get sunbed..when you stay here and go out for a meal in local area you must try Wessex Bar fantastic food and service..beaches are clean and loads of space

Excellent hotel, the decor in the bedrooms was not modern but nevertheless very clean and comfortable. Other reviews suggested the hotel is up a hill and a fair walk to the beach. In my opinion this is not the case. It is up a slight hill but less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. No problems being served either in the restaurant or at the bar. The staff were all very pleasant, making this a very good family holiday The only issue I would have is that the entertainment for both adults and children is poor

This was the first time we had stayed here and so glad we did. It's a lovely hotel with great staff and facilities. Plenty of activities such as kids club for the younger children and activities for older children and adults. Hotel was always very clean and tidy. Only thing missing was a kettle in the rooms as we stayed bed and breakfast only. We've already looked onto staying again next year but will definitely go all inclusive. It's close to the beach, shops and restaurants but has a great restaurant on site. 2 swimming pools and plenty of sun bathing space. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Holiday rep wasnt there, bathroom was mouldy, Air con was noisy, staff doesnt speak proper English, Food was like a prison food, My girlfriend ended up food posining, My daughter sliced her foot and fingers while she was swimming, Jet 2 granted a four star rating but this Hotel only deserves 1 star. It is a dump to be honest even parrot show for entertainment was a shamble. I will defienetally go to TURKEY next year instead of spain at least Turkish knows how to do All inclusive Holidays.

For a 4* hotel this place is rubbish. Crap repetitive food. Rooms dated and dirty. Staff never interacted with anyone. Having read previous reviews I was expecting alot but our party of 7 were totally disappointed. All inclusive doesn't include certain drinks or food. No ice lollies/cream for kids over 12. Compared to a 4* AI in tenerife it was a total let down.

Very nice hotel,food was very good ,there was no coffee making facility you had to hire a kettle and buy your own cups?staff very helpful,very clean,only one thing was the pools was not the best for the under 5s never really had a shallow end,but it did have a little paddle pool. Over all would visit this hotel again

Ideal family resort. Excellent beach within 5mins walk of the hotel. Hotel staff very friendly and all spoke good English. Train station literally around the corner from the hotel so this is a good base for exploring the resorts nearby. All inclusive food choices were very good as were the drinks.Pool access not unlocked until 10:00 whih gives ample time for a leisurely breakfast. There wasn't the usual spanish bunfight race for sunbeds either. One thing to note is that lilos or beach balls are not permitted in the pool. Definitely try the toasted sandwiches from the pool bar

Excellent food, very clean hotel, convenient for the beach and shopping area. Very handy for the railway station. Plenty of space for sunbathing, either near the pools or on the lawns. Friendly staff, and reasonably priced drinks.
