Travel around 20km north along Corfu’s coast and you’ll arrive at the gorgeous resort of Acharavi, where you’ll find an incredible sandy beach that stretches for a staggering 3km! If you’re searching for souvenirs, this remarkable little town is a gift-seeker’s dream, while culture fans should make for the Folklore Museum of Acharavi.

If you don’t mind going that little bit further, Corfu Town is around a 35km drive away. This cool capital is a hub of activity, with incredible architecture, quirky museums and plenty of boutiques to keep the fashionistas happy. Check out the morning market that’s held between Monday and Saturday, too.
