We present our entire product range on-line and our system allows you to print or e-mail a quote with all the relevant information to your family and friends - this provides a cheaper and more flexible product than traditional package holidays.
Booking via our Call Centre
Jet2holidays.com prides itself on the quality of its product and staff. Our Call Centre is available from 0800hrs to 2100hrs Monday to Friday and 1000hrs to 1800hrs Saturday and Sunday and are open every day except Christmas Day. They are here to assist you in choosing the perfect holiday for you, by matching your needs to the facilities and amenities of our resorts and properties. Our staff are trained to NVQ level in Travel and Tourism and have actually visited a large amount of our destinations and properties.
Transfers
A choice of transfers are available to all Jet2holidays.com customers. Through an established associate company which specialises in providing shuttle and taxi transfers to holiday resorts, we have arranged for a choice of both shuttle or taxi transfer (where-ever possible) to be available to customers for pre-booking. Customers choose which they prefer at the time of booking, where a quote is provided. Customers may also choose not to take a transfer and to make their own way to their accommodation or to hire a car. If a transfer is booked, a voucher is sent as part of the "Voucher Pack" emailed to you as part of your confirmation for your holiday and contains everything you will need on arrival at your destination airport. Passengers are reminded that they will need to re-confirm their return transfer 24 hours prior to leaving their destination by calling the telephone number provided on the Transfer Voucher.
Last minute hotel availability
Jet2holidays.com uses the latest technology to allow hoteliers to add availability and reduce rates whenever possible. This means that we can immediately put reduced holidays on sale and deliver customers to prime beach located hotels or apartments when they have last minute availability. This allows Jet2holidays.com to offer cheaper holidays simply because our systems are more flexible and can react to these opportunities.
E-mail instead of post
By booking on-line and sending confirmations via e-mail rather than standard post saves us hundreds of pounds - savings which we can pass on to you the customer. And the further in advance you book the better chance you have of obtaining the best prices - saving you even more money. If you do not have an e-mail address to send the "Voucher Pack " and Confirmation to, we suggest using a friend or relatives, alternatively our call centre can arrange to have them posted out to you if necessary.
