There’s only one terminal at Bristol Airport. And you’ll find our check-in desks at 41-48 in the check-in extension.

No. If you’ve got luggage to drop-off, please join the queue for the check-in desks.

Yes – you can park free of charge for 1 hour in the Short Stay car park. You can get an exit ticket from one of our team. Please note, if you park in the Drop & Go, we’ll be unable to provide this.

Which company will provide me with Assisted Travel?
OCS provide Assisted Travel at Bristol Airport.
Does the airport offer a meet and greet service (is someone able to meet me in the car park with Assisted Travel)?
Yes, blue badge holders can receive up to 40 minutes parking for a reduced fee of £5.00 in the Drop & Go car park. When you arrive at the Drop & Go car park, please use the yellow phone in the entrance of the walkway to the terminal to let the Assisted Travel team know you've arrived. When you arrive at Bristol Airport for your flight, you’ll need to check-in and go through security as normal. If you need assistance, you should go to our Assisted Travel desk located in the arrivals area.

Travelling with hand luggage only?
If you’re travelling with hand luggage only and have your boarding pass, you can go straight to security (unless your boarding card indicates otherwise). We advise that you arrive at least two hours before your flight to allow enough time.
