FERGUS Style Palmanova

Fantastic hotel, great room, excellent food, friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel. Beach across the road, 2 pools, spacious sundeck, drinks at a very reasonable price. even has a gym! I can't fault this hotel at all!

Very friendly great breakfast very clean. All staff very helpful, pools were very cold, pool side furniture very close to each other not much room between them. Nice and close to beach. Good entertainment and very good and efficient bar staff.

Great hotel clean staff very pleasant if I have a criticism it would be the lack of choice for the evening meal but that's all . They even presented us with a bottle of champagne on my wife's birthday (we never told them about it )

We really enjoyed our short stay at Fergus Style Palmanova and intend in returning back back next year. Due to flight delays, we missed the evening meal and turned up to the hotel at 1am very tired and hungry. We checked in very quickly by a very polite and accommodating staff member who actually opened up the restaurant and gave us a meal they prepared for us and wine too! We booked a standard double room which was clean and pleasant with a separate shower/toilet room with the sink next door with beauty lighting. We definitely made use of our dressing gowns and coffee machine in our room and the black out curtains were fantastic too. The balcony wasn't overlooking a particularly nice view as we were on the over side of the hotel - but I guess that's why you pay for a sea view. The breakfast and dinner buffets had lots of variety each day with chefs cooking fresh omelettes in the morning and fresh meats during the evening. There are two swimming pools above the reception, one with a glass floor and overlooking the beach on the over side of the road. There wasn't much of a battle to claim a sun bed and they had a variety to choose from (single, double, and double sun beds with canopies along with free beach towel service as well) and there was a cocktail bar that also served beers and a lunch menu too. The bar staff would also go round and offer you fresh fruit whilst you sunbathed. The bar/reception/restaurant staff have fantastic english and were very helpful throughout our stay. The swim-up rooms and the superior sea views are ultimate luxury, if you could pay the price (unfortunately it was out of our price range) The only criticism we had about our whole stay was that the fridge wasn't particularly cold and actually was quite hot outside and luke warm temperature inside. All in all, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience, especially for childless couples.

The hotel was better than expected the staff especially Zita and Aga are incredibly friendly and helpful and were happy to upgrade the room, they are a credit to the hotel nothing was too much trouble. So impressed that my partner rebooked whilst there. The hotel is in a great position opposite the beach with good restaurants close by, sunbeds can be a bit scarce as the poolside is quite small, drinks can be slightly pricey but no more than a hotel in England and the measures are of course much better. I would happily recommend this hotel and go back myself

The service at the Hotel was very good.All staff were friendly and helpful It was near to all amenities.We had a sea view at an additional cost.For older people the walk around the bay was flat and easy with plenty of bars and reasturants

A double room has not got a double bed in it. It has 2 singles pushed together. Not what we wanted for a romantic holiday. Our original room had a lovely double size shower, then separate toilet with no wash basin near. It was in the main bedroom area! We did not like this and asked for a change of room. Our next room had also a toilet room with a door, but no wash hand basin in it but one just outside the toilet, which I agree was nearer. Not the most hygienic set up.

The hotel was fabulous. I cannot fault the staff or the cleanliness one bit. I felt like the drinks and snacks were priced well, we drank a few cocktails in the day and they were good value for money. The food in the restaurant was always tasty whatever I had chosen. There was quite a good selection of food each day, I am a vegetarian and there was always a main and a couple veg options, plus salad/ cheese and bread selection. The pool was too cold for me personally, however that could be due to the time of year. I have already had friends ask me for the accommodation details as me and my mum spoke so highly about it and we have already decided that we are coming back same time next year! A very stunning, peaceful, boutique hotel.

Just returned after 10 nights of relaxation in the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed.The hotel location ,service and decor are perfect.The pool area and bar views make this a special place to stay.

What a wonderful peaceful hotel right in the heart of Palma Nova. Surrounded by great resteraunts, the beach literally a stones throw away. The hotel is very clean and staff are all friendly and helpful. The sea view rooms offer an amazing view also. The hotel was quiet too, not a party hotel, so great for couples looking for a relaxing break that's also veru close to all the shops and resteraunts that the beach front has to offer.
