Turbo Club Apartments

Accommodation was good and the food was adequate . Plenty of sun loungers and we were always able to get one. There was plenty of room at the poolside. The staff were friendly. The all inclusive package for drink was quite limited and it would be great if you could purchase International brand spirits at an extra cost.

apart from the cleaning staff and one or two of the younger staff everything else about this place is not worth mentioning. most of the staff are disinterested and borderline rude. the place is isolated so i suppose they know you are relatively captive. one plus point is that the main bus routes are quite close and you can get away quite cheaply. if you're going to this end of gran canaria, go to puerto rico or puerto mogan.

Very clean & friendly hotel. Pool areas fantastic, food is acceptable always something to eat for all tastes. Only a short taxi journey approx €4 from playa de linges for nightlife, good restaurants and shopping. Perfect relaxing location

Great hotel, spotless, good choice of food for the money you pay. Drinks are great. Staff great, overall lovely small hotel where everyone is friendly and gonout their way to make your holiday special. Don’t take notice of negative comments, make your own mind up when you get there. I’ve been twice and have already booked t go back

This is a little gem a bit remote as no shops and bars close by ,there is a free bus 3 times a day to masplomas and its only 5 euros in taxi , holiday world 10 mins walk good sports bar , room comfy food good bar service good not much in entertainment spar shop on site handy really enjoyed just chilling out only down side 17 euros to hire a kettle a bit steep should be included .

Stayed here for ten days from 22.08.17 until 31.08.17 with myself my 12 year old son and Aunty. We had a bottom floor bungalow facing the smaller pool, which was lovely and quiet. The rooms where spotlessly clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The food was ok nothing amazing but eatable. We didnt really watch much of the entertainment as my son is 12 and wasnt interested. We did have to get a taxi most nights to venture out for something to do. The only thing close was Holiday world which was ideal for my son and we enjoyed. The only complaint i have is my son got an ear infection while we were there from the pool and i started with an ear infection the day i got home.

been here 2 years ago and revisited while they were doing renovation certainly there is improvement food ok , and staff are ok good price for 3 star , will definitely return , staff on reception come across quite rude its not the case its just a language barrier

Wev been here 4 times now An what a difference the alterations have made, it's looking fantastic. It's great the air con in the rooms now, pool looks lovely great job on the decorating, we love it here An will be back thank you for a lovely chilled relaxed holiday :) this deserves a 3 star not a 2 it's far too low peopeople complain far too much if you want a 4-5 star pay for a different holiday! Amazing holiday! Couldn't fault the accommodation, everywhere was clean and the restaurant offered an excellent choice of food, wines and beers which you could help yourself too whilst dining- absolute winner! Kids entertainment day and night was fantastic. Hotel staff never stopped and were all very friendly and pleasant. Kids club was fantastic and really made my 5 year old feel at ease. Will definitely go back it was a great holiday and so pleased I ignored the bad reviews!!!

Only plus plus side was the weather, room was very basic, beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Ants running about the kitchen area, I was there for 14 nights and with 2 children and no room to store suitcases and hardly any hanging space for clothes our room was hard to keep tidy. The food was very repetitive but we didn't starve and was edible and basic. Pool was awful, kids were diving in and pulling tiles up from the bottom. Entertainment for the kids was good.

This is a 3 star hotel and for 3 star is very good. The location is 2 1/2 miles from the beach front but the free return bus service runs 3 times a day. The hotel has different levels of accomodation, we were in one of the superior appartments which was excellent. Staff are friendly, the hotel, grounds and swimming pool areas always kept tidt and clean. Can't fault this place for it's star rating.

When this accommodation refurbishment is completed , the pool area has been retiled and they improve the entertainment program it will be a fab little accommodation. It was cozy and intimate with families of all nationalities mixing well to have a great holiday. The reception bar and restaurant staff were all very helpful working long hours everyday to maintain high standards with in the hotel. The entertainment was very poor with evening activities being some of the worst I have ever seen but with the animation team working 12 hour day then going out clubbing with hotel guests till the 5 ,6 and even 7 the next morning it was hardly surprising they lacked enough stamina to keep all the guests entertained.

After a ten day holiday my thoughts are when we arrived the reception where not the most welcoming I have ever had but he was quick to get us through, Next we got to my rooms which was a great sight they was clean and comfortable, Food was ok for the first few days but gradually got worse the all inclusive side was ok the way they run the drinks service is poor and doesn't really feel all in with no snacks or ice cream. But finally the entertainment is non existent a game maybe twice a week the two entertainers have the same to days off so in a 10 day holiday four days has nothing on?

this was my 4th holiday at this hotel and once again enjoyed it very much the staff were very nice even teaching us a few Spanish words the rooms were kept really clean the bar staff were very cheery the girls in the restaurant efficient so all in I think this is a good hotel for the money

The food choice was limited but nice. The rooms could do with an upgrade. The daytime entertainment wad good for adults and children. Evening entertainment needs great improvement. Staff are limited often covering two or three jobs. Resulting is poor service.
