Bitacora Lanzarote Club

Really disappointed too many kids wasn’t a relaxing holiday , food was ok but not a hotel for young kids also first to the popular beds with towels lying on beds all day not being used wouldn’t travel to this hotel again

We have stayed at these apartments about 5 holidays and live them staff excellent and so clean and excellent pool area and lots of beds , they are happy to help especially Marco on reception nothing is a problem thank you Malcolm Barnett

Excellent apartments.......maid service great/friendly staff.....10 mins walk to main strip and beach....bar snacks excellent and reasonable priced...plenty sunbeds (Dec 2019) Supermarket on site hreat but big one 10 mins stroll

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms and a good sized pool. The bar is busy during the day but ver quiet on the evenings. Usual problem with people reserving sun beds which the often don't even use. 10 minute to the main strip. It does involve a small hill but my advice is to take left hand route into town which is much easier

Excellent hotel great value for money.Good location and fantastic staff whether it was Lisa taking you orders for breakfast or Victor and Dillon serving you drinks at night all friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have great food great drinks and a great time....will defo be back....pool bliddy freezing though😂

We were put into room102 near reception and the bar area with a nice view out of the bedroom window looking up at the pavement. Our balcony at the front was next to the walkway to the shop and exit not looking over the pool like the other apartments. All that was ok as we were just using it as a base but.....at 9am every morning a skip lorry turned up and and started lowering mini skips inches passed our bedroom window to the level below and workmen started work in the apartment above us. I requested a move from reception which was granted straight away by a rather hostile young lady who smiled a lot when her manager was there but didn't when he wasn't. Be careful where they put you.

Lovely little complex on two floors set around a large pool area of two pools, one square main pool and the other round one for youngsters or non-swimmers. Cleaning and maintenance staff never seen to stop working and are very friendly and helpful. Their is a quiet pool bar at one end that shows live sports etc and the staff there are just the same. Make sure you say hello to super Lisa behind the bar. You'll know here by her Welsh accent. A fountain of useful local info. and always interested in you. Excellent well priced food and drinks too. The rooms are basic but good and well looked after. The cleaners are efficient and pop in two or three times a week for towels, bins etc. UK channels on the TV but windy weather can upset them on occasion. One downside is the cost of Wi-Fi, 25 euros for the week. In this day and age it should be free everywhere as it is in many of the bars. You can hire various other items whilst there from mobility scooters to extra towels. It's on a hill yes. It's a bit of a walk to the strip yes but nothing too hard if you are physically fit. Plus the Lidl super market is 5 minutes walk away and the same road it's on takes you into the old town. Check out the Starlight Roof Top Cinema..excellent. All round a great base for myself, partner and friends 😁😎

Basic but functional rooms .In a good spot but bit of a climb from avenidas de playas coming back up the hill.Decent pool.Staff very good.No smoking on balconies strange rule and apparently Spanish law but nobody has ever heard of it when you talk to locals?!

A very nice, clean and friendly hotel. Rooms had all the essentials that you needed for your stay. Food and drink available and reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Would stay here again.

Worthy of more stars simply for its location, cleanliness and friendly staff. Rooms are basic, but great for the price you pay. They are well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. Rooms cleaned and towels changed twice in 1 week. Bathroom plenty big enough, clean and shower lovely and hot. English TV channels ( if you have time to watch TV). Pool and pool bar sufficient. Good prices on drinks and food. Staff excellent and friendly / helpful. First time in lanzarote, first time at Bitacora and would definitely recommend and will return one day!
