Nice facility, and amenities on site very clean for a relaxing break, staff very friendly and helpful. The whole holiday was fantastic to help wind down and relax. Would return again for future holiday.

Lovely apartments, clean and well equipped. Only a couple of minutes to the pool, restaurant and access to the beach There is access to the lovely clean beach by 139 steps which isn’t hard. All the staff are friendly. We had bed and breakfast. Buffet style with lots to choose from. Pool bar had a good choice of food to eat also. Evening bar had entertainment which we enjoyed. Would definitely recommend. Good for families and couples.

The hotel exceeded my expectations which doesn’t happen very often these days. The complex was kept exceptionally clean and tidy at all times, the buffet style food was top quality and the pool was kept immaculately clean.

Just got back from a week at this hotel and I really can't find fault with it. The rooms were great, the staff were great and the location is fab. We only had bed and breakfast so I can't comment on the other meals but breakfast was great with lots of choice. All the staff we had dealings with really helpful. The room had everything you needed and was very clean. The area is perfect with two wonderful beaches that we spent most of our time on. There's just enough nightlife to keep it interesting with many good restaurants, a few cocktail bars and a few sports and live music bars.. All in all one of the best weeks we've ever had abroad.

What a great short break. We went to chill and recharge and it was perfect. Staff were excellent as was food and room. Recommend it to anyone wanting a week away. Resort limited in terms of amount of things to do and looked a bit run down in parts but sea front was lovely and few nice bars to sit and relax.

Excellent stay at the 3hb Falesia Gardens for 1 week over Easter. The staff were all so helpful especially the manager who I spoke with on numerous occasions. They all made us feel so welcome and took a lot of time out with our son who is 14 months old during meal times. The views were amazing from the restaurant and the food was plentiful with lots of choices. The only thing that was missing was an indoor pool as the temp was low 20's and the outdoor pool was cold. Sure it wouldn't be a problem during summer heat. Would definitely return.

Please book at this fantastic hotel. I stayed in Felesia Gardens. Sea view apartment. Perfect. Staff, housekeeping, entertainment, restrurant, bar, pool beach access everything 10 out of 10!! I will definately stay here again and recommended to family friends and colleagues.

The complex was much larger than we expected - we were in room 1152. This made the holiday experience rather impersonal. You did not get to know any of the staff and needed a lift to the room. We had asked for a room with a view but overlooked the back of the complex. The apartment was lovely and spacious and kept exceptionally clean. The grounds and pool area were very well maintained and for families with young children the separate gated pool would be very safe. We loved the area and beautiful beaches and Olhas De Agua was a lovely resort. We walked from the beach down the steps to Albufeira over rocks and cliffs which was an experience! We walked the other way to Vilamoura along the longest stretch of beach we have ever experienced. Amazing. The whole area was spotless and amazingly mosquito free. Did not even need plug ins or spray. We would definitely recommend this hotel for families but we would prefer something smaller and less impersonal.

I love this place it’s a little village not too spoilt by the crowds, proper hidden gem, we got to know a lot of the locals including ex pats, everyone is so friendly and helpful, the apartments are like nowhere iv experienced before
