Playamar Apartments

Ideal location after ive been going to benidorm for years now so i knew where i wanted to be near. Hotel was just basic but thats all i expected and having awasher in definitely was a bonus and i would have no problem staying again.

Having gone to the Playamar every year for over 10 years, this was our first visit since the refurbishment. We were pleasantly surprised by the new look reception area, new furniture and furnishings in the living room, new walk-in shower, monitored security cameras on all floors and wider choice of TV channels. The deposit (75 euros or pounds by person) was a bit high. Hopefully, this and the tightened procedures and security will ensure that it is no longer a hen/stag parties destination. Reception staff were very nice and helpful. Towels changed and bins emptied every second day but less in the way of cleaning than before. Very much DIY. Still good value for money.

stayed in these appt in march 2019 on arrival the appt was very clean and appeared to have everything you would need however on arrival you had to pay deposit of 50€ per person =150€ then 35€for safe key if you wanted air conditioning or heating 30€ per week and if you wanted clean towels every day that was 4€ per day per person if you were staying here with a family it could be quite expensive apart from that it was a lovely flat bins were emptied every few days and beds changed we enjoyed it but wouldn't like to stay here with children pool area is small but was to cold to try it out when we were there

This is our 5th time staying here as all ways great service . Rooms serviced every 2 days and towels changed every 2 days sheets changed mid week we will be back next year . Staff and housekeepers all ways friendly .

Very nice apartments easy to get around from with a nice pool area with some shade if you need it and had somewhere to charge mt mobility scooter i had booked because of my mobility problems overall very satisfied with the accommodation just be wary of 50 euro or £40 deposit each person on check in which you get back on check out if there is no damage.

You get what you pay for but still could of been better. Air con should be included in the price. Rooms need updateing and more ventilation in the bedroom. There's not much facility for family with children.

It look like it was falling to bits every were the rooms we were scared to go on blackness al it was terible if we every book again it will be I two years I have nervy seen th jet2 rep at all so did like

Went to playamar last September have been before when our kids were little Decided to go back some 8 years later and the hotel is very good.So much we are going again this June Would recommend this hotel for couples and families with children there was a group of lads when we went and we're being disruptive this happened only the once and that same night were told to leave the hotel as they don't want that sort of holiday makers which makes a good change for hotels in the area would highly recommend it
