Sol Timor

Myself and my late lady friend enjoyed the sol Timor for over twenty years! It was very sad that she coukd not make it this time, but all staff who knew her were very sympathetic to my needs and missed her very much! They could not do enough for me in my loss. As for happier times at the Sol Timor, I can fully reccomend this hotel, have had many many happy trips here, right on the beach, and in nice walking distance of the bars and local tourist spots! Will definateley be going again! Thanm you...

stopped few times last visit April room been updated lovely great view pool brand new kitchen tv could do with more english channells but apart from that had great time cant wait to return in september

This is my second year staying at the Sol Timor. Since my last visit, last year, the pool area has been modernised, and all new sun beds. We never had an issue finding a sun bed even after 10am. Any sunbeds left for more than an hour the towels were removed, something all hotels should do! The restaurant and bar staff are all brilliant and happy to help you. The best part of this hotel by far is the entertainment staff, what a fantastic group they are. My grand daughter loved them all, in particular Christina, Alan and Nerea. Kids club twice daily, daily entertainment for kids/adults/family and the evening entertainment was the best I have seen. The hotel is great for families, but would also appeal to all. Hope to see you all same time next year

A great place for a family holiday..sitting yards from the beach and all amenities. Hotel restaurant has been newly refurbished and food looked good. Rooms now need updating..painted. The children enjoyed the fab kids club and evening shows were great.

Whilst the room was clean and fairly modern the restaurant and food was terrible. Despite voicing our concerns to the staff and management on more than one occasion, the food on offer was barley warm and really quite poor. No attempt was made to improve the situation over the 10-days we were there resulting in us dining out despite having paid for meals.

Returned after 12 years and don't think I'd hurry back last time we were there there was lots going on outside the hotel but this year the bars shops opposite the hotel were all closed down The beach is amazing but the surrounding area was a big disappointment we spent most of iur holiday in fungerola or Malaga

hotel good location but rooms need up dateing lots of places to eat and drink all outside of hotel hotel rooms very old and worn needs a good make over we stayed self cattering because cannot eat spannish food

Very clean,friendly staff,very good ammeanatis rooms a little dated and no double beds,food a bit hit and miss but but overall a great hotel for all and very well located to the beachfront,hotel gardens very looked after as were the pools,staff were always cleaning

Hotel is ideally located near to the beach front. The overall hotel needs some updating. Some wear and tear is evident all over the hotel. The general atmosphere would suit young families, not recommended for couples. The restaurant food was very average and the choice limited.
