The beach is nearby

The Blue Flag stretch of Los Cancajos is just a ten-minute drive away. It showcases a unique, volcanic black sand and is ideal for sunbathing and swimming. Fancy a walk or a bite to eat? Stroll along the promenade which stretches right along the sand and pick up some local treats.

Hit the trails

Away from the beautiful coastline, you’ve got miles and miles of inland paths to uncover. Whether walking or hiking, you can admire the flora and fauna in the area, before stopping off to take in the views. The viewpoint of Montaña de la Breña is one that’s not to be missed!

Looking to get out and about and explore this captivating Canary island? Hiring a car and cruising at your own pace is what we’d recommend. The whole island itself is only 30 miles long and its good network of roads make it super easy to explore!
