We choose this hotel for its remote location for a quiet and relaxing week. The photos on Jet2 website present the hotel in a very favourable way. On arrival we were welcomed by very spacious and light reception area which made a good first impression. When we got to our room our opinion changed very quickly when it was obvious that there was a problem with the balcony door. There was a gap in the door frame that allowed the gale force wind to whistle through at high volume. There was no way to stop this continually loud noise. We returned to the reception area and explained the problem and we were offered an upgraded room at our expense. The new room was a lot nicer and had a great sea view. The main issues we had during our stay were the restaurant and the closure of the main bar. The dining experience was definitely dull. It felt like a staff canteen. The food was very unimaginative and sparse. The structured dining times were not managed at all and it was basically a free for all. The closed bar from the outside looked very spacious and well presented. Unfortunately, all the guest had to squeeze into the lobby bar for a pre or post dinner drink. There was very limited seating available and the quality of the drinks on the all-inclusive package were poor. However, the staff were great and coped well. The pool area was spacious, clean and nice. Improvements could be made in signposting as nobody knew where to go. On our visit the two out of three lifts were not operating and we along with everyone else had to use the stairs frequently … we were on the 9th floor. We took advantage of the spa facilities which were great. We felt that overall the hotel was a bit tired and lacking in atmosphere. We will would not book this hotel again.

If your after a relaxing holiday then this is the hotel for you. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very clean although a little tired in places. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool and garden areas so you don't see many towels out first thing in the morning. The enormous beach just 2 mins walk away. The food was of good quality although my only gripe was it wasn't always hot in fact sometimes cold (probably happened about 3 or 4 times out of 10 days of meals), there is a microwave that can be used if you need too. All in all I would return here again.

Myself and my two grown up daughters enjoyed a wonderful week here. Food exceptional, staff so helpful, very clean hotel, beautiful beach, lovely pools, set in attractive grounds. Location is amazing, view from hotel room was stunning. Long beach walks, just perfect. A wonderful holiday - no complaints from us. Thank you very much.

My partner and I went in September and had a fantastic time. Hotel and rooms spotlessly clean but we would have loved a kettle in our room and some tea and coffee but that’s just a minor grumble. The main pool was salt water and amazing to float in and again so clean. We didn’t find getting a sun bed a problem and towels provided. Plenty of choice in the dining room. The only slight negative here is that not all foods are labelled that they include shellfish. My partner is allergic and discovered prawn in the green beans and luckily found it in time. I did bring this to the attention of the manager so hopefully there will be proper labelling. The cocktails were expertly made by the brilliant bar staff who knew their stuff and the all inclusive drinks were all premium. Live entertainment from 9pm which sadly finished around 10.20pm and then nothing as there are rooms above the bar terrace. There is a lovely nightclub type bar but strangely the entertainment in there was silly slapstick acts more fitting for children. It would have been lovely to have proper entertainment in there and have a full evening. However, the early nights meant we could sit on our balcony on the top floor and enjoy the beautiful evening view. I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely return.

Predominantly German guests All sun beds were claimed early( from 6am), by people putting their towels on them, not enough sun beds for everyone. Buffet was uninspiring and poor quality, same food everyday People barging in, reaching over and not queuing to get their food Can only get coffee/tea out of a coffee machine dispensed in a paper cup( no ceramic cups allowed) and not available in the evening dining room! Dining room very noisy and tables not cleaned properly between guests Poor entertainment, not every night, not much to do in the hotel in the evening. Have to catch a taxi into Costa Calma for some entertainment. We both became unwell with gastric upset and caught covid in this hotel, not surprising as not clean, staff not washing their hands, no masks now and people not respecting your personal space. Wanted to come home early after the first week… we had booked 2 weeks, it was not enjoyable and very disappointing The star rating and pictures/ description of this hotel is very misleading and not worth the money for all inclusive The all inclusive drinks finish at 11pm, you have to pay for any drinks after 11pm No tea/ coffees making facilities in the rooms either

We first stayed here in March of this year, and we’re so impressed that we decided to return in June. Great decision as it turned out with everything as good as in March. Having known what to expect from our first visit, I emailed the hotel in advance requesting a specific room based on similar to the one we stayed in then. I was surprised not to receive a response, but when I when I mentioned this on checking in, the receptionist was surprised that nobody replied and dealt with the request there and then and we were allocated a superb room. The hotel was again spotlessly clean and the staff work tirelessly to keep it in tip top condition. Great location, great hotel and staff and we have found our new favourite holiday destination. Will be back for a 3rd stay soon.

Ideal time to go, nearly the end of Covid restrictions so fairly quiet, mask wearing was compulsory in the hotel and it was good to see everyone abide by the rule. Staff had time for you and everything was exactly the same as it was 10 years previously! We were on an inclusive package which was excellent.

A sporting venue with very good food (on the LEVEL booking option). Limited child interests other than sea based sporting option and limited night entertainment. The hotel in my view would best suit sporty couples with no children (due to limited activates). Hotel Staff excellent.

arrival we was disgusted by the food that was there for when we arrived had been left overs and didnt get taken to our rooms not very helpful staff....!!! all inclusive didnt know what we was allowed and fridge in room they dont fill up

Ideal for couples wanting a relaxing holiday .this hotel is very remote from Costa calms need a taxi to get there which will cost around 25 euros .would only go for 7 to 10 days .the best beach I have been on very clean white sand and blue sea

This was a hotel recommended by my daughter and her family who also holidayed here at the same time. The hotel was out of the way but was served by the local bus that stopped at the hotel. The hotel catered for families as well as adults only and had facilities for both sorts of groups. There was excellent sail boarding and kite surfing facilities. The buffet offered a very good range of foods but I felt that the organization of the chef cooked options meant that people were unable to get to other choices of food because of the way that the guests were queueing.

Overall experience was excellent. I have given 4* rather than 5* rating because on the first night we arrived, we arrived after dinner time because the flight was delayed in picking us up. When we arrived we were told we would be served dinner, however the dinner we were served was very unpleasant - a piece of beef with very unpleasant vegetables, all served cold. On top of that, we were not even asked whether we were vegeterian (my partner is). However, all the people in the hotel were very friendly and apart from the first night, the service was very good. The sea view from the room was something to remember, and although there were works adjacent to the hotel, staff were helpful in ensuring the noise did not bother us. Overall excellent place and would go again.

Just returned from two weeks holiday in this Hotel and we are already looking at booking again! The Hotel is clean and well kept and has four pools which cater for children, sporting activities or just plain cooling down! The restaurant is buffet service but lots of choice at each mealtime. There is also a snack bar by the pool if you prefer that at lunchtime. All the staff that we encountered were very friendly and polite and we never had any problems with them. The beach here is huge and there are lots of water activities going on with training schools and equipment within easy reach. It is quite isolated so not good for those looking to hit the bars and discos, more for peaceful relaxation.

This hotel is slightly remote. However there is a bus service straight outside the door and taxis are also available. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they work hard for you. Some really go over and beyond. our housekeeper was lovely- always smiling and always said hello. The hotel could do more in terms of activities and could cater more for teens- however this might not be their target group. There were few British people there but to be honest, there was no rowdy behaviour either and that has to be a good thing. A very relaxing holiday in a beautiful seafront setting.

Last minute week that didn't start well being delayed from the UK and the journey from airport taking longer than we expected. On checking in again wasn't happy at the room allocation as Id mailed the hotel prior to travelling and expected to have a Level room on the 8/9th floor which I'd been advised were the floors for the upgraded Level rooms which we paid a supplement for. Reception advised they could look to move us but not until a couple of days later which when we were only staying a week wasn't worth the hassle. Anyway despite the horrendous start to the holiday we had a great time and would definitely visit the hotel again. Here are the Pros/Cons : PROs Level rooms are much better, large with loads of facilities, beautiful views, free mini bar is a really nice touch, Pool areas lovely, lots of space and availability of beds, towel service Beach and sea being on doorstep , views are beautiful Gabi bar is really busy , staff are great remember the drinks etc. lovely atmosphere with some live music during the week or live dj, outside terrace breezy but lovely before the sun goes down Oasis restaurant food/drink is fabulous and staff look after you well, its more personal than the larger restaurant that everyone else uses but we used that one for lunch and the variety/quality was extremely good All inclusive drinks are good all international brand so you don't need to upgrade to level room if this is all you want. Level room will give you wider variety of spirits, wines and champagnes Little shops/boutiques on site sell everything you need and nice to browse round if you don't want to leave hotel CONS Towels in the Level rooms should be more fluffy, some of them were very hard, expect better for this class of hotel and especially when paying an upgraded supplement Loungers by the pools very hard especially when you're on them most of the day Beach loungers very tatty, should be much better especially when you have to pay All inclusive areas for drinks food, very open and easy for anyone not on all inclusive to take advantage of this where others have paid for it. In other hotels I've only seen a free for all like this when all guests have been all inclusive Beds for sitting on in the Gabi Bar and Terrace you have to pay for, which is very weird , never known that before hence we never saw hardly anyone sitting on them whilst we were there. The space these are taking up could easily be utilised for more normal seating as often people had to sit tB
