Good clean rooms, need a little updating but very clean. Hotel all very clean. Fantastic entertainment team. Great facilities. Food is good, drinks great and snack bar is ideal for teens to top up on.would definitely return

We enjoyed an 8 night stay in this hotel mid August. The staff were friendly & attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean & cleaned daily. We were B&B and enjoyed a large selection of foods for breakfast, with something for everyone. There was no rush for tte sun beds, we came out at lunchtime some days and there were sun beds free. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants around the hotel and the marina and beaches are only a 10 minute walk away. We would highly recommend this hotel and will be back in the future

Amazing hotel, staff and entertainment was brilliant. We will go back every year from now onwards. Food was really lovely, drinks / cocktails was top. This was our first time in Tenerife and I’m so glad we went for this hotel. Hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of everywhere you’d want to be, Siam park also a 15 minute walk. You will not be disappointed👌🏽👌🏽

This hotel is pretty well situated, being just a 10 minute walk from the Strip. The room, actually separate bed and sitting rooms, was well appointed with a balcony overlooking the pool. The food was good quality with enough variety to satisfy most tastes. When we were there in early June it was always possible to get a lounger beside the pool. I would have given the hotel five stars if they hadn’t kept us waiting for most of our first day to get into our room.

Been to this hotel for the best part of 25 years and never tire of it sometimes visiting 3 times a year. We have made many holiday friends and hotel friends and all because of the friendliness of the hotel it just never fails to provide the ideal holiday for families,couples,and seniors like us.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff, they are all very friendly and accommodating. It is very clean and the staff work hard to keep it that way. The negatives, paid an upgrade for one of the priority rooms on the ninth flooor. It was right next to the huge extractor fan which came from the kitchens, it was extremely noisy for the majority of the day, was switched off about 10.30 pm and came on around 6.30am, every day, in hindsight we should have asked to be moved. The food was appalling for a 4* hotel, we have stayed in 3* hotels with better food. It was always luke warm, I had to heat food up in microwave. It was the same old food every day, it was also very noisy in the restaurant, not sure if that was due to it not being used to full capacity because if covid restrictions. We ended up eating out on several occasions even though we were all inclusive in the hotel, it got to the point we couldn't stand the food and noise any longer! It is also a very noisy hotel, loud music played in the outside pool bar area for the majority of the day, it just felt to us that there was no escape from noise. We are all for a bit of music etc., but this seemed constant. Certain sunbeds everyday were reserved extremely early in the morning (these tended to be where the sun shone all day long), not sure why people feel the need to do this and find it extremely selfish behaviour towards other guests. Most hotels we have visited have a no towels policy on sunbeds until after 10am, which I think is fair for everyone. Evening entertainment was good both in the outdoor area and in the bar off the reception. Unfortunately this hotel was not for us.

Stayed in the Las Dalias several times now and never disappointed. The staff are so nice and helpful. Food is better this year I think. In resort check in available here which is great. Minutes walk from the beach and marina

My grandson and I had a great time in this hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The food both in terms of quality and choice was excellent and the staff were lovely. The evening entertainment and indeed pool side entertainment was superb. The location was also just perfect being just a few minutes from the beach and costal path. We walked each evening into Fanabe or playa las Americas. My only criticism is that I am not a great swimmer and as the pool has no shallow end I needed to stay close to the side.

We stayed here for 10 days having previously stayed at the sister hotel iberostar bouganville playa the previous year. The difference was amazing and this hotel is by far the best. We were on 6th floor overlooking the mountain and road. Room was lovely, maids came every day and were so friendly. Food was really really good , we were all inclusive and never had a problem finding something we liked. We stayed around the pool most days and we had no problem getting a sunbed. The animation team were amazing and so friendly. The 2 manageresses were around every day greeting people which was a really nice touch. The hotel has the most friendliest staff I have ever known, nothing was too much trouble and they always had a smile. We have already booked to come back next year and cant wait !
