You’re checked in for your flight to Croatia, but, for security reasons, this boarding pass can’t be used for travel. You’ll need to visit our Customer Helpers at our airport check-in desks to collect your valid boarding pass before you go to security. Just so you know, this doesn’t apply to your flight from Croatia to the UK.
