If you're customer has booked a holiday departing on or before 29 September 2021, you can request a Refund Credit Note* and rebook for a different date if:

  • You’re travelling from an Amber List destination and you, or any adult on your booking, haven't been fully vaccinated 14 days before arrival in the UK  
  • You’re travelling from an Amber List destination and you, or any adult on your booking, have been fully vaccinated outside of the UK, EU or US
  • You’re travelling to Malta or Portugal and you, or any adult on your booking, haven't been fully vaccinated 14 days before departure from the UK
  • You're travelling to Malta and there’s a child aged 12-17 on your booking

If you’d like to request a Refund Credit Note, please fill out the form below by 23:59 Wednesday 1 September 2021. This is to make sure we provide the smoothest experience for you. Once you’ve filled in the form, we’ll process your Refund Credit Note application and your credit note will be issued. From the date this is issued to you, you’ll have until 31 January 2022 to redeem it. The credit note will exclude non-refundable fees such as travel insurance and previous cancellation costs.

We’re proactively dealing with all affected customers in departure date order, so please be patient while we do this. In the meantime, if you’d like more information, please visit our safe travel hub.

Please note, if you don’t have proof of full vaccination and are happy to self-isolate, you’re still welcome to travel.
