If you’d like to request a Refund Credit Note, please fill out the form below by 23:59 Wednesday 1 September 2021. This is to make sure we provide the smoothest experience for you. Once you’ve filled in the form, we’ll process your Refund Credit Note application and your credit note will be issued. From the date this is issued to you, you’ll have until 31 January 2022 to redeem it. The credit note will exclude non-refundable fees such as travel insurance and previous cancellation costs.
