If your customer’s booked a holiday departing on or before 11 August 2021, they can amend their booking admin-fee-free or cancel and get a full refund (excluding any previous administration and cancellation fees) if:

  • You’re travelling from an Amber List destination and you, or any adult on your booking, haven't been fully vaccinated 14 days before departure
  • You’re travelling from an Amber List destination and you, or any adult on your booking, have been fully vaccinated outside of the UK
  • You’re travelling to Malta and you, or any adult on your booking, haven't been fully vaccinated 14 days before departure
  • You're travelling to Malta and there’s a child aged 12-17 on your booking

If one of the above applies to your customer, they have the following options:

  • Amend admin-fee-free to a different date or destination: If the total cost increases when amending their booking, they’ll need to pay the difference. 
  • Cancel and get a full refund: They’ll get a full refund, excluding any previous administration fees and cancellation costs. This refund will show on your next statement.

We’re proactively dealing with all affected bookings in departure date order, so please be patient while we do this.

Please note, if your customer doesn’t have proof of full vaccination and is happy to self-isolate, they’re still welcome to travel.
