Corallia Beach Hotel Apartments

Really wanted to like it and did not complain to jet2 but should have! It was cheap but not cheerful. 1970s non decoration, photoshopped holiday room images, banisters falling off walls, unsafe corner drop onto a disabled ramp. Deliberately missled and provided double bed instead of singles, happened to multiple guests. Managers couldn't care less. Didn't pay to sleep on a sofa bed but had to. Someone complaining every day in reception. The plusses, lovely location, great views from balcony, food ok decent restaurants and entertainment on the strip. Polite restraunt staff and a decent if small pool with good padded sunbeds. Oh and free car parking! All in all very disappointing! Would taste as 2* not 4!!!

We had a lovely holiday in August of this year and all four of us thoroughly loved it. we were told early n that the hotel opens it's doors and pool to the public as long as they were spending in the bar and we immediately thought the worst however we were very wrong! The hotel was quiet throughout but with enough going on for the kids to make friends. The WiFi is far from good and the 3G struggles quite a bit but with a teenage girl, this was a blessing as we actually got to talk to one another. The only bad point was that the hotel is a bit dated and plug sockets in the rooms were very few, we had two in a self catering room between four of us and there were none in the bedroom. There is however a plumbed in hairdryer in the bedroom in front of the mirror.

Reception,housekeeping dining & bar staff were all friendly & efficient. There was something to suit all at the buffet dinners & very reasonably priced. The hotel was well presented and had all the amenities we wished. Bed linen changed twice during our week stay.

The advertisement of the room on the website was very poor, when we arrived at the hotel we were placed in a room that was very run down, not the view we paid for, bathroom was corroded due to lack of maintenance, toilet was loose, ants everywhere. We paid for a side sea view room and the picture on the website did not reflect the reality when we got there. For this reason we were very unhappy and we asked to be moved to a different room to which we were told it was not the hotels fault and that's the room that we paid for - We clearly paid for a room with a sea view as per the website picture!They asked us to pay for an upgrade to which we declined, they wanted 150 euros for a sea view room.. An extra 30 euros per day!In the end after a lot of disagreements and wasted time they moved us one floor higher. We wasted a whole day trying to resolve the issue because of the quality of the room they placed us in originally. We arrived at midnight and were very tired and therefore we didn't get any sleep on the first night because of this situation.The hotel was not even half full yet they still placed us in one of the most run down rooms they could find.. I don't think this was the reception staff's fault I think it was down to the hotel manager or whoever they were talking to over the phone regarding our issue.The view was amazing, bar staff were friendly and helpful. The rating of the room is based on the room we were placed in on our arrival, we were not very happy with wasting our whole first day.

Excellent accommodation, friendly helpful staff and a wonderful location overlooking the best beach in Cyprus try to get a third floor self catering apartment with a sea view pool is lovely with plenty of sun beds and lunch time snacks are very reasonable and very good

We stayed here in the beginning of August 2017 for 11 nights, we were welcomed with a drink, and shown to our room, other people have put looking tired and dated, but these rooms are clean, spacious and a homely feel, the staff are fantastic, George on the breakfast bar is always very cheerful, the staff always cater for your needs, the 615 bus right on the doorstep will take you anywhere you want, the pool is fantastic, right next to the beach, and the pet rabbits you will see are a delight, can't fault this place at all...

The Corrallia Beach Apartments Hotel is a perfect place for a family holiday if staying in the Coral Bay/Paphos area. The reception gives you an idea of how the whole place is, a little dated...or retro....but you get everything you need for your stay, the amenities are spot on with a lovely pool, a great restaurant serving delicious food and an onsite shop that is literally open 24/7, all you have to do is ask the reception staff you need/want something from the shop and they happily open it straight away for you to make your purchases. The shop is basically stocked but has all the essentials and at reasonable prices. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome and at ease the second you enter the reception, they literally cannot do enough for you. The hotel is also situated directly next to an amazing sandy beach with spectacular views. Overall this is a great family apartment/hotel and would highly recommend unless you are looking for luxury accomodation.

We love the Corallia Beach. It is in the perfect location and is very quiet which is exactly what we want. We stayed in an apartment which affords lots of space and were on the first floor just over the bar. The rooms are a little dated and the airconditioning was not particularly effective but we slept with the patio door open and managed very well. We had a problem with the flush not working on the toilet which developed towards the end of the holiday but the hotel dealt with it the same day. We booked half board and used the hotel bar for lunch. The food is good with lots of choice at breakfast and evening meal. The lunchtime menu is a little more limited but the service is excellent. The hotel is a short walk away from Coral Bay if you are fit or the bus service is very regular if you want transport.

A very good all round Hotel, Staff, Food, Service, Location and amenities all Excellent. We have always wanted to stop here after holidaying in Cyprus many times. Wished we had stayed here before and will be back, but one thing stood out and that was the visible presents of the family that owned it as they always had time to speak and see if all is OK, for example it was my birthday during our stay and a knock at the was a member of management with a card and a birthday cake what more could you ask for.

Went with a 12 year old 13 year old and a 7 week old baby kids wasn't allowed to play ball in the pool and staff was very rude no facility's for the baby as we had to be out of room by 12 the owner wouldn't give us anywhere to make bottles and no baby changing room so had to change in reception all of us where people was walking through

Just returned from a 2 week holiday at Corallia Beach Hotel Apartments. Had room 210 with a balcony that overlooked the pool and with a panoramic view of Coral Bay. The hotel, as other reviewers have said, is looking tired in the apartments and could do with some refurbishment, but it is not an overly expensive 5Star cost hotel. I must say that the Staff and the food were all excellent! The location is way out of Pathos but the bus terminus is there and for a small charge you can get about quite easily into Pathos Harbour or Old Town, or even travel further if you wish. If there for 2 weeks, then hire a car and explore! Very enjoyable around the pool or down on the sandy beach with a shop/bar available for the beach. A great experience thanks to the very hot and sunny weather and we shall certainly go there again!

Liked the location with the beach so close. Hotel accommodation needs an overhaul as it's worn and out of date , self catering utensils need simple things like sharp knifes and non stick pans . If you want to get around hire a car from the airport and dodge the horrendous transfer you will be almost last of the bus and you will save on bus fares and taxis if you want to get around.

Very warm welcome when we arrived. The hotel was very clean & the staff are frendly and couldn't do enough for you. Beautiful location with a fantastic sandy clean beach. Excellent food in the beach bar. Fantastic bus service to the restaurant's and into phafos only 1 1/2 euros each which parks outside the hotel and it's about every 10 mins. Also a free bus on the main road to the zoo. I can highly recommend the water park & also the jet ski. Would highly recommend this hotel.
