All cancellations submitted through this form, must be outside of 70 days to departure. Any administration fees paid previously will be retained on the booking. You must call our Pre Travel Service Team on 0800 408 5596 (option 0) for any bookings inside of 70 days. Any submissions received inside of 70 days will not be actioned via this form.
