Our transfers

All our Jet2holidays include transfers to and from your hotel for added convenience. You’ll be met at the airport by our friendly Red Team who’ll then show you to your coach. You’ll travel to your resort with other holidaymakers, before being dropped off at your hotel. On return, a coach will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the airport for your flight home.

Private transfers

A private return transfer means you can travel in total privacy and comfort, directly to and from your hotel. Each car can fit up to three passengers and luggage, so you can get your holiday off to the best start and travel to your hotel in style.


You can upgrade to private transfers at time of booking. Please note, these are included as standard on all Indulgent Escapes.

Car hire

We like holidays without limits, which is where Jet2Carhire comes in! Pre-book and pick up your wheels when you arrive at the airport. To find you the best prices, we search the leading brands. What time will my transfer pick me up on my way home?

Your transfer pick-up time will be available in our app 72 hours before you’re due to head home.


You can find it in the information guide and on our Jet2holidays noticeboard at your hotel 72 hours beforehand too. We’ll also send you a SMS and an email if we have your contact information.

What do I do if my transfer doesn't arrive?

Your transfer pick-up will be a 30-minute window of time, so please wait for the full duration before you get in touch with us.


If your transfer doesn’t arrive by the end of that window, please call us on 0044 113 387 9501, but please don’t worry – we won’t leave you behind. If you do need to call us, we kindly ask that only one member of your party tries to reach us.

What do I do if I'm not planning to use my transfers?

If you have a transfer included as part of your package and you don’t plan to use it, please speak to your Customer Helper in your hotel or call 0044 113 387 9501 to let us know. This will help us prevent any delays on our transfer journeys.
