Yes, there’s a dedicated drop-off/pick-up area close to the main terminal, but please note that charges do apply.
Which terminal will my flight depart from? Which hall do I use to check in?
There’s only one terminal at Bristol Airport. And you’ll find our check-in desks at 41-48 in the check-in extension.
What time will the check-in desk open?
The check-in desks will open three hours before departure.
Is there a separate queue for online check-in?
No. If you’ve got luggage to drop off, please join the queue for the check-in desks.
What time will the check-in desk close?
The check-in desks will close 40 minutes before departure.
Which company will provide me with Special Assistance?
OCS provide special assistance at Bristol Airport.
Does the airport offer a meet and greet service (is someone able to meet me in the car park with Special Assistance)?
Yes, blue badge holders can get up to 30 minutes free parking in the Drop & Go Car Park – please follow signs for disabled parking. Once you’ve arrived, simply take your blue badge to the special assistance reception desk in the terminal, where staff will issue a car park exit ticket valid for a 30-minute stay. There’s a help point with a telephone to call for assistance or you can call 01275 473449 to arrange assistance.
Where do I go if I have booked Special Assistance? Where does my Special Assistance begin?
When you arrive at Bristol Airport for your flight, you’ll need to check in and go through security as normal. If you need assistance, you should go to our special assistance desk located in the arrivals concourse opposite check-in desk 21. Is there an airport lounge available? If so, how do I make a booking?
The Aspire Lounge* is available at Bristol Airport, with COVID-19 health and safety measures in place. The AspirePlus Lounge remains closed at this time.
*Maximum of six people from no more than two households per booking, in line with government law.
Travelling with hand luggage only?
If you’re travelling with hand luggage only and have your boarding pass, you can go straight to security (unless your boarding card indicates otherwise). We advise that you arrive at least two hours before your flight to allow enough time.
