Amending your holiday

Thinking of cancelling your holiday? It’s handy to know that you can change elements of your booking if it isn’t quite right for you anymore.

You can make a few of these simple alterations for yourself in Manage My Booking, such as amending passengers on the booking, changing their details and making room or board upgrades.

Cancelling your holiday

If you want to cancel your holiday, you can do so at any time. However, if you cancel 70 days or more before your departure, you’ll only lose your deposit. After that, the amount you’ll have to pay will depend on when you cancel, so make sure you take the time to decide if it’s the right decision for you. To cancel your booking, all you have to do is log in to Manage My Booking and choose ‘Cancel booking’ on the menu.
