Amending your holiday

If you’re thinking of cancelling your holiday, you might like to know that you can change your booking for a fee, plus any increase in the cost of your holiday. We’ve got more than 50 destinations to choose from across Europe, so if you change your mind, there are plenty of other sun-kissed options to pick from.

If you’re concerned about your holiday plans, please note that we follow UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) travel advice and will provide updates if there are any changes to our flights and holidays programme that may impact your booking.

To amend your booking, call our customer services team. However, due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we're receiving an unprecedented number of calls right now. We're dealing with customers as quickly as possible in departure date order, with priority given to those due to before 17 June 2020. Please note, this will mean longer than normal call wait times. Amend your booking admin fee free

If you were due to travel before 17 June 2020 and have been affected by cancellations, you don’t have to miss out. You can now simply change your booking to a later departure date and you won’t have to pay an admin fee. You can even amend the hotel, destination or who’s travelling on the booking! 

Plus, if you amend your booking to a new holiday departing before 31 March 2021, we'll give you £100 off. If you amend your booking to a new holiday departing after 1 April 2021, we'll give you £60 off.

Cancelling your holiday

If you want to cancel your holiday, you can do so at any time. However, if you cancel 70 days or more before your departure, you’ll only lose your deposit. After that, the amount you’ll have to pay will depend on when you cancel, so make sure you take the time to decide if it’s the right decision for you.
