It’s easy to check in online and then use bag drop at the airport. The staff are always close by if needed. The flights are smooth, and receiving a message as soon as you land with the number of the transfer bus you need is very streamlined.

From check-in, Jet2 staff show a real personal touch in the care and wellbeing of holidaymakers. As someone who booked Assisted Travel, the benefit of free seating meant my wife could sit beside me at no extra cost. The additional baggage allowance, attentive onboard crew, and helpful staff at our destination ensuring we reached our hotel smoothly were all first class, as always. We couldn’t have asked for more during our travels with Jet2. The flights were smooth and enjoyable, the staff were lovely, and the overall experience was fantastic. We had great transfers to and from our hotel, and all of our questions were answered swiftly and effectively.
Firstly, I gave a score of 10 for the flight, as it was absolutely amazing, and a score of 10 for the Jet2 app as well, as it’s very easy to use. You can see all your flight and hotel information live, along with anything else you need from Jet2, so you know you’re in great hands. I have been using Jet2 for 15 years and always highly recommend it to family, friends and colleagues. These are absolutely the best flights I have ever been on, and I can’t wait to book again.

As this was a last-minute holiday to spend time together as a family in Spain following my father’s recent passing, I wasn’t sure what to expect. From arrival at Bristol, through check-in, the flight service and the transfer on arrival, it was probably the easiest and best experience I’ve had. The communication from everyone was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. On the return journey, there was a lovely representative at check-in chatting with everyone, and we were personally told which gate to board from even before it appeared on the screens - great customer service. The hotel was good. Overall the Jet2 experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

The flights are fantastic, especially as we've flown from Glasgow airport every time and it makes it so much easier that Jet2 have their own terminal it meant that we only had to wait a few minutes for the check in desk. The service on the flight is great and so is the luggage allowance. Especially travelling with a toddler and baby having the 10kg hand luggage each and being able to take the fold-down stroller is a life-saver. We had the meals on both flights as well which are just so convenient. On our return flight we were told by one of the cabin crew that they didn't have any of the penne bolognese meal I'd pre-booked for my daughter, but straight away she offered the other pasta alternative they had on the menu which was appreciated. The communication about the transfers was also really clear and easy to understand. All in all I can't think about anything that would need to be improved, and we'd definitely book with Jet2 again.

There was always a Jet2 representative at the hotel reception, and although we didn’t need assistance, they were clearly helping other guests regularly. The flights and check-in were smooth, and the aircraft staff were amazing. After my daughter had a medical episode in the air, the crew kindly arranged for her to meet the pilots, which truly lifted her mood. They were so kind and welcoming - I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the aircraft staff and pilots.

We’ve been on a lot of package holidays over the years and never had such good service and communication as we did while travelling to Lanzarote. From the moment we arrived at Stansted Airport, there was no queuing and plenty of Jet2 staff on hand to help. The flight was great, and on arrival in Lanzarote there was clearly a strong Jet2 presence. The transfer to the apartments was easy, and the return flight and arrival back into Stansted were just as smooth, with lots of Jet2 staff around and no long waits to get through and collect our baggage. Simply great.

From start to finish, I downloaded the app when I booked the holiday, and it kept me updated throughout. It made it easy to add extras and make changes as well. Every member of staff we came across was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As it was my grandson’s first time on an aeroplane, he even got to see the cockpit when we reached our destination. There were staff on hand to direct us and make sure we were in the right place. Everything went smoothly. The hotel was brilliant, and we cannot fault any of it. Extremely happy.

We, as a family of between four people and sometimes up to 14 have travelled with Jet2 for every holiday for nearly 20 years. Every holiday has surpassed our expectations by a mile. Also the Jet2 staff on the flights and at the airports on either side have always been amazing. On our last holiday we had to book assistance and there was a Customer Helper at Mahon Airport who could not have done any more to help, he was fantastic.
