We’re super pleased to be recognised as a Which? Recommended Provider. We secured this prestigious status based on the Which? Holiday Companies Survey that asked thousands of Which? members about their travel experiences. The overall score and rankings are based on several factors such as accommodation, customer service, description vs. reality, the holiday representative, the organisation of the holiday and value for money. We scored well on every single factor, and the Which? report stated that ‘holidaymakers love the friendly customer service, free 22kg of luggage and the Free Resort Flight Check-In service.’

Already, our feedback has gone above and beyond 4.5/5, with over two-thirds of our customers giving us a five-star rating – and it’s earned us Feefo’s highest accolade, the Gold Trusted Service Award for 2019! When people book a flight with Jet2.com or a package holiday with Jet2holidays, they can leave a rating out of five on Feefo by following a link we provide on their confirmation email. Customer Satisfaction Study

Leading the way for customer satisfaction, Jet2holidays is the only tour operator to reach the top 50 in the UK Customer Satisfaction Index! We ranked 12th out of 250 UK companies scored, and we’re really proud to be the best in the UK for Tourism. This survey is produced twice a year, and is based on responses from over 10,000 customers – and they’re very happy with us! The results are measured by looking into over 30 factors, including staff and professionalism, as well as quality and efficiency. We’re delighted that our friendly service has been so well received!
