Everything went really smoothly with our holiday from start to end. I think the app is brilliant for managing your holiday through and adding on extras. We also hired a car through Jet2 and the company used were excellent too. We were kept up to date with potential delays (not that we experienced any) and just felt really well looked after. And a great price too!

On this trip our hotel rep Marcus gave the most useful welcome talk we've ever had, giving so much genuinely useful advice on local attractions and how to get there. It set us up for the most fantastic week.

It was so good we booked again!

We’ve always been delighted with Jet2 but this time I got in touch and asked if there was anything they could do as it was our 1st wedding anniversary. We were treated like VIPs on the flight and invited to meet the crew and have photos taken on the flight deck (after landing of course) along with the champagne I’d pre-ordered, and a Captain’s announcement, it was really special - and this was just the start. A total contrast from when we flew on Ryanair for our honeymoon and they couldn’t care less. The whole holiday was outstanding in every way.

From the staff when we checked in at Glasgow International Airport, helped take away our trolleys, helped with all our kids, staff on the flight out couldn’t have done more, staff at Tenerife South were super helpful and again all the staff on the return flight were tremendous! 10 out of 10!!

The hotel really was special and the staff there were the best I've ever encountered on a package holiday. We originally book our own independent holidays and hotels as we haven't had great experiences with package holidays but this was superb. The location, the hotel, the staff, the treatment, the food, the facilities were truly first class. We were told the importance of good customer service, this is something you have in abundance, real first class.

Being our first time with Jet2 we were worried about what to do once at the airport, but from the moment we walk in, we were greeted by a lovely lady who showed us where we had to go. We were then greeted by another lovely lady who helped us with our bags, we were through check in and security within 10 minutes. The crew who took us were brilliant, very helpful and friendly. When we got to the other end, which is normally the most stressful part of the holiday as you have to try and find transfers- well we didn’t have anything to worry about, we were greeted again by a lovely lady who told us our bus number and showed us the way, outstanding service.
