It’s easy to check in online and then use bag drop at the airport. The staff are always close by if needed. The flights are smooth, and receiving a message as soon as you land with the number of the transfer bus you need is very streamlined.

Firstly, I gave a score of 10 for the flight, as it was absolutely amazing, and a score of 10 for the Jet2 app as well, as it’s very easy to use. You can see all your flight and hotel information live, along with anything else you need from Jet2, so you know you’re in great hands. Easy and straightforward!

As this was a last-minute holiday to spend time together as a family in Spain following my father’s recent passing, I wasn’t sure what to expect. From arrival at Bristol, through check-in, the flight service and the transfer on arrival, it was probably the easiest and best experience I’ve had. The communication from everyone was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. On the return journey, there was a lovely representative at check-in chatting with everyone, and we were personally told which gate to board from even before it appeared on the screens - great customer service. The hotel was good. Overall the Jet2 experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Gave us a fantastic family friendly experience and just made everything so easy, we'd book again!

The flights are fantastic, especially as we've flown from Glasgow airport every time and it makes it so much easier that Jet2 have their own terminal it meant that we only had to wait a few minutes for the check in desk. The service on the flight is great and so is the luggage allowance. Especially travelling with a toddler and baby having the 10kg hand luggage each and being able to take the fold-down stroller is a life-saver. We had the meals on both flights as well which are just so convenient. On our return flight we were told by one of the cabin crew that they didn't have any of the penne bolognese meal I'd pre-booked for my daughter, but straight away she offered the other pasta alternative they had on the menu which was appreciated. The communication about the transfers was also really clear and easy to understand. All in all I can't think about anything that would need to be improved, and we'd definitely book with Jet2 again.

Easy to navigate booking and simple to add extras like private transfers

There was always a Jet2 representative at the hotel reception, and although we didn’t need assistance, they were clearly helping other guests regularly. The flights and check-in were smooth, and the aircraft staff were amazing. After my daughter had a medical episode in the air, the crew kindly arranged for her to meet the pilots, which truly lifted her mood. They were so kind and welcoming - I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the aircraft staff and pilots.

We’ve been on a lot of package holidays over the years and never had such good service and communication as we did while travelling to Lanzarote. From the moment we arrived at Stansted Airport, there was no queuing and plenty of Jet2 staff on hand to help. The flight was great, and on arrival in Lanzarote there was clearly a strong Jet2 presence. The transfer to the apartments was easy, and the return flight and arrival back into Stansted were just as smooth, with lots of Jet2 staff around and no long waits to get through and collect our baggage. Simply great.

Everything was smooth

From start to finish, I downloaded the app when I booked the holiday, and it kept me updated throughout. It made it easy to add extras and make changes as well. Every member of staff we came across was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As it was my grandson’s first time on an aeroplane, he even got to see the cockpit when we reached our destination. There were staff on hand to direct us and make sure we were in the right place. Everything went smoothly. The hotel was brilliant, and we cannot fault any of it. Extremely happy.

Very smooth journey from start to finish.

It was our first time on a family trip together. I myself have used Jet2 to travel. My experience before made me book our family holiday. The plane itself is nice and bright and not noisy as most airlines are, plus it's very easy to use the app for travel documents etc.

The Jet2 app was easy to use

The booking process was so easy. When travelling through the airport, my son had his Sunflower Lanyard on and they put us through both departures and arrivals on Assisted Travel, meaning we weren't in long queues that would have peaked his anxiety further. It was the speed and efficient service and delivery of each part of our journey which absolutely sets Jet2 apart. Overall we had a brilliant family trip. From my daughter who is 9, to my dad who is 88 - we all had a great holiday. There's always someone around should you need anything

When we arrived at the airport, there was Jet2 staff everywhere. So from the start of the holiday, you're taken care of. During the holiday, we always knew which days a Customer Helper would be available for us. Coming home, it was no different, you were always there to help.

From booking the holiday over the phone was excellent to the paying off system is great. The app is good the text updates just before you go to the arrival and then the updates for the return was excellent. The rep Maria was so helpful but not at all pushy. We booked a trip and that exceeded our expectations also. Maria was knowledgeable regarding the resort and said to reach out to her if we needed anything.

Even though most people check-in online, staff are on hand to help with luggage labels and to give you confidence that hold baggage is going to the correct place. Excellent staff from arrival at Leeds Bradford Airport check-in, through to Jersey Airport, with excellent staff on board the flight. Everything was organised to perfection by Jet2holidays with friendly helpful staff throughout. Our coach was waiting on arrival at Jersey Airport to transfer us to hotel and same on way home, with the pickup coach arrived at the specified time and place as advised. Everything ran smoothly without any issues.

There were enough staff working at Leeds Bradford Airport to cope with the amount of passengers, and there was a polite lady checking us in at Palma on the way back. Jet2 is absolutely fantastic if you are nervous about going on holiday to places you are unfamiliar with (which I'd assume most people are). Always on hand, fantastic customer service and all inclusive of everything you need. We wouldn't recommend anyone else! Jet2 also offers fantastic discounts (which is a massive bonus). Everything is so straightforward from start to finish, smooth sailing and set out very clearly to get the most of your holiday! No other company compares!

Fabulous holiday made smooth and easy by Jet2

The whole process of flying, checking in etc is normally quite stressful, but with Jet2 the stress is taken away - far better than other airlines! Plenty of lovely helpful staff guiding you through it and coming home we arrived at Malaga Airport in plenty of time. Boarding the plane at Malaga was the best we've had, such a clever idea to have A, B and C boarding so you board those at the back of the plane first. Cabin Crew were lovely and friendly and we had a lovely meal deal on the plane, great choice of food and tasty too. Everything was so well organised we only want to fly with Jet2 from now on! Also great to have 22kg baggage allowance.

The whole holiday ran seamlessly - everything met or surpassed expectations. All Jet2 staff we encountered were a credit to your company and much better than rivals in my experience. Our hotel was exactly what we expected and surpassed expectations. Flying from Bournemouth was also painless and added to the relaxed feeling before you got there. The price is also better as we went on a weekday and from a smaller airport.
