What destination do you offer excursions in?

Our excursions are provided by our partners in our destinations, so it will depend on which resort you’re staying in. Take a look during the holiday booking process, in Manage My Booking or speak to your Resort Customer Helper when you arrive for options.


Please note: Any excursion(s) booked through us in Manage My Booking or while in-resort will not form part of your package holiday contract with Jet2holidays. The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 do not apply to excursions booked in this way. Your contract will be with the excursion provider and their terms and conditions will apply to your booking. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with these terms and conditions.

How do I make a booking? 

You can book excursions through us when you book your holiday, this can be done on the ‘holiday essentials’ page. Excursions will also be available in Manage My Booking 24 hours or later after you book your holiday. You can also organise excursions through your Resort Customer Helper in resort.

How do I pay for my booking? 

Depending on how close you are to your departure date, you can either pay in full or add the cost to the balance of your holiday booking.

There are no excursions showing during the holiday booking process or Manage My Booking – what do I do?

Sometimes, we have holidays available for seasons well in advance, which may mean excursions are not yet on sale for the time of year you’ve booked. We recommend you check again closer to your departure date. It’s also worth noting that excursions become available 24 hours after you’ve booked your holiday.
