You’ll find the main Aselinos Beach at the foot of Kounistra Mountain, so there are great views all around, whether you’re gazing out at the Mediterranean or looking inland. There are some fab walking routes along the coast too if you fancy stretching your legs.
From your remote spot, there are plenty of opportunities to get out and explore the island. Koukounaries is just a short drive south and Skiathos Town, the island’s capital, is just a 25-minute drive away. Ancient sites, charming churches and welcoming restaurants can be found along the way...
Skiathos
Not far from Lalaria Beach, you'll find this pair of natural treasures. Head out on a boat tour and discover Skotini and Galazia, two famous sea caves. On the tour you’ll see the beautiful reflections of the water dance across the cave walls in a mesmerising display.
Skiathos
With walking trails spanning hundreds of kilometres across the island, Skiathos is something of a hiking haven. So pull on your comfiest shoes and get ready to explore dense pine forest and rugged peaks. All the paths here are well marked and there are some incredible views to soak up along the way.

If you’re looking for a peaceful slice of paradise, Kanapitsa Beach is calling. This sandy haven tends to be a quiet spot, so there’s often plenty of space for sunbathing and splashing around. With a small restaurant and natural beauty at every turn, it’s a serene place to enjoy a day in the sun.
