NYX Hotel Ibiza

We stayed here as a family of 4 with two kids aged 6 and 8. I have stayed here before therefore know it’s location is perfect for exploring and has fabulous views. It was lovely to see some familiar faces in the staff who I must say are the best asset to this hotel. The staff are extremely professional, welcoming and hard working. Angus in particular was such a hit with my daughter and would always make her feel special they had a lovely connection. The food was excellent and the choice is vast. In comparison to my previous visits I would say that the pool area was tired and the sun beds need to be replaced as most were broken. My only issue that I don’t understand is why the family rooms are located directly above the entertainment. If you want to sleep before midnight bring earplugs. I would have settled for a smaller room just to have enjoyed a few early nights with the kids. I’m not sure I will return as although an enviable location i would choose sleep quality over this.

Reallly can’t fault this place friendly staff plus decor, food quality , food choice, drinks all of exceptional choice we’re all fab. Will deffo be back at some point. Ideal for all types of vacations. Especially liked the adults only area with comfy sun beds.

Just returned from a family holiday. The location of this hotel is excellent & cannot fault the food - excellent choice and quality. Also good range of branded & local drinks available. Although limited snacks available in between meal times. Check in upon arrival poor & unwelcoming & had to wait until nearly 3 pm to check in to our room. Felt hotel more suitable for adults as insufficient facilities for children. Small swimming pools & could get busy around the pool area & most of the sun beds in the shade for a large part of the day. Evening entertainment ok - a couple of the acts good but not what you would expect from 4 * hotel. Concerns over security from beach to hotel - anyone could access - no swipe card facility in operation. Bar staff friendly & prompt service never had to queue long. Catering & cleaning staff friendly & efficient. Overall a nice resort but wouldn’t return to this hotel as a family as don’t feel has sufficient facilities for young children. More geared up for adults as had many adult only areas (sun terrace/ piano bar ) which looked very nice but couldn’t access.

we went to Ibiza for a family wedding. Alua Hawaii was chosen for us. We were plant surprised at the quality of the place. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The wardrobes were too small for two people. The meals were very good and the choice was extensive.every day. The best part of the hotel was the Chillout bar a great place to spend an evening. The sunsets are pure Hollywood

Beautiful hotel, ideally situated on the beachfront within easy walking distance to the main club / restaurant / shopping area of San Antonio Bay.Rooms very pleasant with great views across the Bay, lovely sunset lounge / terrace, good choice of entertainment. wonderful holiday.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Small problem with room allocation of which we were notified and also problem rectified to our satisfaction BEFORE we went on holiday. Big shout out to Jet2 and hotel staff for their efforts. Hotel staff from Reception to restaurant to bar to cleaners very friendly and helpful and food excellent. Only downside I would say was keeping buffet food hot (although it was never stone cold) and maybe more nights with entertainment in adult bar, which had a fantastic layout and setting. Cabaret in main bar area was above average. Sunbeds on balcony superb and never had a problem getting one. All in all a fantastic hotel and good location between San Antonio and San Antonio Bay. Will definitely be back

Brilliant hotel, great service, friendly staff, really clean & centrally located. The sea view room was lovely especially watching the Ibiza sunset. The chill out bar is great, great view all around. The food was lovely, something for everyone.

My wife, son and I stayed here at the end of October and it was great from start to finish. very clean hotel and hard working and friendly staff. the proximity to the beach was literally feet. The food was fantastic, you would be hard pushed not to find something to suit your taste. something going on all the time if you wished to partake. we would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

just come back from ibiza staying at the Hawaii , clean room, really nice staff and very close to the beach, lots of food to choose from , stayed half board, but had the option every day to have lunch or dinner
