Palladium Hotel Palmyra

The people make this hotel special, all of them. Carlos and Victor at reception (and others), Sylvia and Elle in Entertainment, Arturo and his excellent people in the restaurant, Luisa, Virginia, Albert and the boys in the bar, the housekeeping staff, and of course, Eliana and Joaquin. There are many repeat guests, a sure sign of approval. However, it is reported in the local press that the company plans to turn the hotel into a 5* There are plenty of 5* hotels in Ibiza, but very few 4* of the standard of the Palmyra. This would be such a mistake and a loss to the current market. Please keep the Palmyra as it is - it needs a bit of TLC, sure, but no Balinese beds please!

Where do I start !!! Our suite was amazing, huge , spotlessly clean with fabulous sea view!! All staff from the cleaners upwards were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you !! Food was brilliant many dishes cooked fresh not repetitive, brilliant choice . Bar service was fab always plenty of staff on so when bar was busy you never had to wait long . Quality branded spirits !! Hotel was spotlessly clean ! Location fabulous in the heart of everything , nice beach on doorstep but wasn’t bothered by any evening noise. Overall me and my husband had a fabulous week would definitely recommend and will definitely return to this hotel again!!

We stayed for three days in May 2019 and cannot gaily this hotel, it’s immaculate. The food was delicious and drinks provided were branded and of a good quality. It is less than 5 minutes from ocean beach and a even closer to linekers! We will be back

3rd time at this amazing hotel. Location is perfect right on the beach. Close enough to the centre of town if that is your thing...far enough away from the action if it's not. The staff make this hotel what it is, from the management to the front line guys...everyone of them is focussed on making your holiday unforgettable. Can't fault the place, and will be back again next year for sure.

From the moment you enter the lobby the staff are all smiles and attentive. The continues throughout your full stay with them, they cannot be faulted. We had trouble with the air conditioner in our room on the very first night we arrived. They came in after midnight, moved us to a temporary room and had it fixed in now time the next day. The food was delish, fresh and a variety of cuisines and entertainment was ongoing, never over the top or expectant, just a drive to ensure all the visitors were enjoying their time and holiday. I will definitely be back! THANK YOU

We returned from the Hotel Palmyra last Friday evening after a weeks stay in room 427 (overlooking the pool & sea). We arrived 2.5 hours late (at approx 22.30) but the customer service that we received when we arrived was excellent. We were greeted with a glass of fresh orange juice and lots of smiles plus we were directed to the restaurant where they had laid on a small buffet for us as we had missed dinner. The room itself was perfectly comfortable, with a kettle, fridge, safe and plenty of wardrobe space. The pool area is a little small and if you're not out early you probably won't get a poolside bed very easily. The entertainment

The Hotel and staff were fantastic particularly Carlos on reception, Arturo (restaurant), Arturo (bar) and the porter Joaquin. Entertainment was ok on the whole, The temptations tribute group were great. Pool and bar area were excellent, very relaxing and the beach is right there with fish swimming round your legs. San Antonio is very uninspiring with very little in the way of shopping apart from the usual tat. Ibiza town was well worth a visit.

Just arrived back from staying at the Palmyra hotel. We had a lovely holiday. The food is lovely with lots of choice, and the staff are so helpful and friendly can't do enough for you. The only down side is there arnt enough sunbeds for the amount of people staying at the hotel especially when people put there towels on the beds first thing in the morning. Something maybe the hotel should stop them doing.

Can’t fault this hotel, amazing well worth a visit , wouldn’t choose to go back to San Antonio but the hotel made it. Always go AI and this was simply the best all inclusive we have ever stayed in. We had a sea view room which was really a side view of the sea but the room was lovely, only niggle was the noisy air conditioning. Would definitely recommend

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff were all brilliant and the rooms are really lovely. I've been to a few hotels where they show you the 'posh' rooms on the websites but when you arrive you find yourself in an outdated room, this wasn't the case at all here. I'm also a really picky eater and the food was by far the best I've had at an all inclusive hotel. We will certainly be returning in the future!

Stayed at The Palmyra from 3rd to 17th September. Had a lovely holiday. Spacious rooms, everything is so clean. The staff can't do enough for you and always have a smile on their face.Food is excellent always plenty of choice even for the fussiest of eaters. Good selection of drinks and snacks at the 2 bars.Pool was s little chilly but a good way to cool off. Never had any trouble getting a sun bed. Beach a few steps away and you can take your drinks with you. Great location not far from the action but far enough away to get a good night's sleep. Can't think of any negatives at at all a great hotel. It was our silver anniversary while we were there, our son had let them know before we arrived. When we got to our room there was a bottle of champagne on ice, s basket of fruit some flowers and a lovely note from the customer service manager. A lovely touch and really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel and their fantastic staff.

Amazing hotel we stayed in Junior suite which was huge. Tried to request a seaview room but none available and hotel where very apologetic. first night came back to room to strawberries and champagne with a lovely note from hospitality manager. was a lovely surprise. food was fab very tasty and lots of choice entertainment in the evening was 1 of the best ever experienced in a hotel. Ava was lovely really friendly. pool was lovely but some days not enough sunbeds. would defo come back to this hotel was amazing

When we arrived at the Palladium Palmyra Stanislav came out to meet us taking our luggage, check was quickly and professionally carried out Stanislav then took our luggage and deposited it in our room and answered any questions we had. The beds were comfortable, food was excellent and Luisa and the bar staff were excellent the only disappointment was the snacks which was a sandwich therefore you had to eat in the restaurant at lunch time apart from that absolutely fabulous. Excellent choice of drinks in the bar and premium drinks on offer as well as various cocktails. Excellent customer service. Well worthy of 4 star plus.
