Gloria Serenity Resort

Wonderful hotel, great speciality restaurants. Really no complaints about anything except!!!! Too many children running around late at night in the bar/lounge area. I definitely object to children playing/ sitting at the bar

Forth visit to this hotel and once more greeted with a warm welcome and fantastic service. The rooms are well equipt and are very clean. Bed linen and towels changed daily. Excellent choice of restaurants and food. The beach, swimming pools and gardens are all immaculate.

We have returned from our second stay at the Gloria Serenity Belek, (booking with Jet2) this time taking friends including children (4,4,1) and one quote was "best holiday ever!" (We are extremely well travelled!). We felt safe and received wonderful service from all the waiters/waitresses etc. The aquapark on site was great fun and truely enjoyed some of the shows in the ampitheatre. We even got to enjoy the club nights on the beach, dancing like we were back in our 20s! The children loved the safe kids pool, bowling alley, soft play and balloon hats in the evenings. The food was a high standard (eating in the Steak and Italian during the day) and the Fish and French Restaurants in the evening. This hotel is 100% value for money, you could not book anywhere in Europe that offers the same facilities and standard for the price. Everyone we met were so friendly including the Turkish national football team and so many holiday makers return year after year....we are even considering going back in August and our friends are booking for next May! (We would ask Jet 2 if there is any possibility of improving the flight times (especially the return flights). Thank you for another wonderful holiday.

Great hotel, service, food, can't fault this hotel nothing seems a problem. Only thing is we could not book special restaurants as we where always to late. But overall it's the best hotel, loved the pier bar,the lifeguard could not do enough for us , top man

In 40 years of travel this is the only hotel/resort that we have ever returned to more than once. It is quite stunning in every respect and the brochures don't even begin to do the hotel justice. The two pools go on for ever and lunch in the gardens at either the steakhouse or Italian restaurants is just fabulous. It is a very different hotel in the cooler months when the hotel relies heavily on parties of golfers for business so at times the "decorum" is not all that it might be. On the plus side, in May we had the Dock, beach and garden sun beds almost all to ourselves. This hotel does not disappoint on any level as the facilities, dining arrangements, food and staff are just magnificent. We will be returning as soon as we can.
