Atrium Platinum Luxury Resort & Spa

Stayed at the Atrium for the 5th time and met people who was on their 7th visit and a couple on their 23rd! The staff make the hotel for us. Great to see Sevi again and great to seen Julien and Tonya back…missed them last year. Recommend the all inclusive option. Great choice of restaurants. Entertainment a bit dated and if you go for see two weeks you see the same acts twice. When the entertainment finished would be a good idea to have some music playing and maybe people could have a dance, would keep the bar fuller! Overall great hotel and we will be back.

A very well equipped resort which left us wanting for nothing. The staff are all a credit to the company as well. We were a group of 15 travellers aged 2 to 82 years and everybody said what a wonderful experience staying at the Atrium Platinum was. Food was very good too and the chefs were so helpful making separate dishes for the vegans in our group. The staff helped us organise a surprise for our son’s 16 birthday and the hotel even made a cake for him! Everything is thought about. Would love to stay here again!!!

Amazing hotel from the moment you arrive until you depart. The staff are so friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble at all. All areas of the hotel are spotless and set in a lovely location just minutes from the beach area. Hotels location too is very handy for walking into Rhodes centre and numerous restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk away - if needed but the hotel has 3 restaurant options on site and outdoor/indoor bars too - with evening entertainment.

What a jewel of a hotel. This will be a short review because pretty much every single aspect of this hotel are outstanding. Room, room services and view - outstanding. Quality and variation of Food in every restuarant - outstanding. Facilities, pool area and amenities - outstanding. Deserving of special praise in the Chromate bar is Julien the bar Supervisor - a shining light out excellence in all that he did and worth his weight in gold. But also at the Fresco bar area was the tireless efforts of both Dimitris and Despina - their service was exceptional every single day from opening to closing. I just wish every hotel experience good be this good. I can’t recommend this Hotel any more highly and believe me I do 3 to 4 five star All Inclusive holidays every year. This is one of the very best.

I can 100% recommend this hotel. My husband and I have just returned from a week stay. We were picked up at the airport by a lovely man in our private transfer. The journey was comfortable and quick. The approach to the hotel is up a steep hill as the lobby area is actually on the 8th floor. There is access to the road and beach from the pool area on the 1st floor. The lobby is luxurious, spacious and comfortable with large sofas. There is beautiful patio furniture under a covered entrance outdoors, a lovely place to sit, have a morning coffee and overlook the stunning bay. We were checked in quickly by courteous and friendly staff who offered us a glass of champagne. Our suitcases were taken to our room on the 3rd floor. We opted for a beach view and an all inclusive premium package. What a welcome when we arrived at 11pm to find in our room a large platter of delicious fish, meats and dips and a plate of mixed breads. There was a bowl of fresh fruit, wine and water. In our package everything in the mini bar is included and replenished daily. There’s a coffee machine and pods and replenished regularly. The bed and pillows are really comfortable and the view from the balcony divine. We loved the bathroom with its high quality fittings and jacuzzi. The pool is amazing and spotless. The groundsmen and pool staff work tirelessly and are so pleasant. The gardens are manicured to perfection. The atrium app facility is fabulous. You order drinks including tea and coffee and give the number of your Sun lounger and the drinks are brought to you. Bar staff are amazing. They work so hard and always greet with a smile. The indoor pool area is fabulous if you’d prefer time out of the sun. The main restaurant serves delicious food, I recommend the al a carte for the main course. It has a delicious array of meats, fish etc and is a lovely portion size. Buffet is amazing everything is fresh and presented beautifully. Staff are amazing. In our package we could choose 2 nights in the speciality restaurants. We chose Porfyra. It was just an amazing meal. We had access to 7 courses if we wanted them. We chose starter, main and heavenly dessert, better than a Parisian Patisserie. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant, it’s on the 9th floor and has uninterrupted views over the bay where you see the most amazing sunsets. What a treat!!! Staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. The main bar staff are attentive, hard working and friendly. We loved this place.

This hotel and it's staff is fabulous! From the moment you arrive until you leave you are treated like royalty. Best hotel I have ever stayed at, will be going back next year. Fantastic food and service throughout.

an excellent hotel, very well looked after. treated special, very clean, great food. the private pool made it even more fantastic. the staff were all very friendly and tended to our every need. good location for going into Rhodes town, old and new.

Stayed at this hotel May 2019 and from the minute we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a friendly and super helpful front desk team. The hotel has excellent facilities with a huge pool area, enough loungers for everyone, so no having to get up at 3am to place a towel down! indoor pool, gym spa, every single facility is fantastic. However its the staff that make this hotel exceptional. They go out of their way to make your stay just perfect. from an upgrade, to a gorgeous birthday cake, organised by Julia of Guest Relations who was fantastic. The restaurant team are super too, and so attentive. they are filling up your coffee cups before you even get a chance to ask for another. the food is excellent a huge variety of food, in addition to the evening buffet, you can chose from a main course as well. So much food! and the desserts.. just wow. All the food is of excellent quality and you will be spoilt for choice. The staff are super friendly and make sure you wont want for anything. I would 110% recommend this hotel and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would. The rooms are huge and super clean and the towels are refreshed twice daily if needed. If i had to pick at anything it would be that a full length mirror would be nice in the bedrooms.. other than that tiny thing, we had no complaints and will definitely be returning again. excellent hotel, recommend it 100%. very clean with police staff.foo ds was great with a variety of options for vegitarians and meat lovers. the best part about the hotel was the swimming pool and the bar.

Stayed for 10 days B&B mid Sept. after reading TripAdvisor reviews. Lovely weather around 83 with a constant breeze. Fabulous hotel in the best location in the area, hidden from the other hotels so you're never over looked. Gorgeous large room and sea view with everything provided you could possibly need. Beautiful spacious pool and sun bathing areas, extra comfy loungers, two great bars. We paid a little extra (not much) than the local bars but worth it as they were by far the best quality drinks and service around eg cold lively on tap beers served in glasses from the freezer, gorgeous cocktails all served by lovely friendly professional staff. We tried 2 of the restaurants at the hotel wow, much, much better than anywhere we found in Rhodes Town and well worth the money. The local Indian was very good, head towards the beach road turn right it's on your right, always busy and for the best Italian and a special evening try Cavo Italiano, it's a 10 min taxi in the opposite direction to Rhodes Town. Roof top restaurant, amazing food, lovely down stairs open bar area too. Wish we had discovered it at the start of our holiday and not wasted our time in Rhodes Town.The on site shops are well worth visiting for genuine beautiful reasonably priced gifts, bags, clothes jewellery etc The mini market sells everything you could need too.And finally the staff, they are all the best we have ever experienced on any of our holidays abroad and at home. The hotel/service/food/atmosphere are a credit to it's owners who really do care about their guests and respect and care for their staff. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Thank you to all the staff who looked after us whilst staying with you in paradise.Every member of staff was extremely polite and efficient .From drop off to being picked up we could not find one fault.We had an amazing time, the food was particularly good with an overwhelming choice at every meal no matter when we dined.

We went on a 2 week holiday booked with Jet2 Holidays. The hotel was a superb 5 star hotel. The staff were all extremely friendly, caring and very helpful. The Guest relations department at the Hotel is exceptional. Julia, helped us during our holiday ensuring that we all had an excellent experience. The facilities at the Hotel including Swimming Pool, Dining experience and Rooms, are excellent. Loads of loungers by poolside, with good restaurants. Close walk down to the beach, with Table tennis and Tennis facilities to use. Lovely Pub, close to Hotel, with Mini supermarket on site. We were looked after extremely well and treated exceptionally well by all the staff. I would advice hiring a car, which will allow you to visit the many wonderful sites and beaches on the island. Must visit sites include; Old Rhodes Town, Lindos and Tsambika Beach. We would strongly advice booking the Atrium Platinum, if you are looking for an exceptional 5 star Greek Hotel

We recently stayed at the Atrium Platinum in Ixia for 10 days. We found all the staff exceedingly helpful and friendly. The rooms, restaurants and overall presentation of the hotel is extremely clean and a credit to the hardworking staff. The reception staff are very helpful and welcoming at all times. Our hotel deluxe room was very spacious and had everything that you needed. It was cleaned to a very high standard every day. The bathroom was an excellent size. The bed was so comfortable that we wished we could have brought it home with us. Breakfasts were excellent. The food and variety of very good quality. There was something for everyone. There are plenty of sun beds around the pool. There are no sunbeds allocated to this hotel on the beach which is a real shame. Most of the surrounding hotels in the area offered this facility. It was nice to go to the beach and enjoy the views and the breeze, but not having to pay for the privilege. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. A big Thank You to all the wonderful staff that made this possible.

First may we congratulate all the staff at Atrium Platinum, from the moment we walked in the door until we had to go home we were met with smiling faces be lovely people who enjoy their work from the reception staff, restaurant staff, pool staff, room cleaners and anyone that I have missed you made our stay very enjoyable thank you. We were on bed and breakfast basis to celebrate our wedding anniversary, the breakfast was first class with lots to chose from even cava. When we arrived we received a bottle of wine and water and a fruit platter in our room which was very much appreciated. On the day of our anniversary we received a bottle of cava and fruit platter which again was very much appreciated. We had a meal twice in the hotel both were top class. The pool area was very well organised no reserving of beds which we would very much agree with. At 12 o’clock each day you got fresh melon which was a nice touch. Our room was overlooking the pool and sea where you could watch the sunset, it was very comfortable and kept very clean by a hard working staff which again we have to thank very much. We could go on and on about this hotel but we would advise anyone to try it for themselves as you won’t get bettera, we will do again in the future
