All you need to know before you go

Last updated: 2 December 2020, 09:00

We’re really excited to take you on your well-deserved holiday! And while you can expect the same great service from us, due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, there have been some changes to entry requirements for a number of the countries we fly to.

There’s also been a change to arrivals into the UK after you’ve been away. So if you’re planning a holiday or have one booked, it’s really important that you read the information below about the country you’re arriving into.

Please remember that this information is subject to change and correct at the time of publish. We’d also recommend taking a look at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office’s travel advice: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice

And don’t forget, if you or any of your party are showing symptoms of COVID-19, you’ll not be able to travel. It’s really important you stay at home and follow NHS guidelines to keep yourself, your family and others safe. Find out more here.

Please check this page regularly before you fly, as entry requirements can change.

Key steps for travelling

In line with current guidelines, there are three essential steps you must take before you travel.
Check entry requirements
Check the entry requirements of the destination you’re travelling to below, as you may need to fill in a form before you travel and/or self-isolate on return to the UK. Please check these regularly, as they can change at short notice.
Pack and wear face masks
Have plenty of face masks handy, as you have to wear one before entering the airport and throughout all journeys. If you fail to wear a face mask, you’ll be breaking the law and could be fined.
Fill out UK arrivals form
To protect your health and others’, everyone must complete a Public Health Passenger Locator form before arriving in the UK. This will only be available from 48 hours before you’re due to arrive into the UK.
