Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel

Facilities good, modern building, nice (small) pool. Great SPA facilities let down by poor cleanliness (the floor was not cleaned regularly enough). Breakfast very good, well staffed. Some front desk staff good, others not. Poor knowledge and communication of basic hotel information. Our bags, which were locked away on our last day while we waited for our flight, went missing with staff having no idea where they were - stressful as the taxi was waiting to take us to the airport. We were charged for items from the mini bar we did not have after we checked out. Staff shortages were an issue - Ibiza is a very expensive place to live, pricing hotel staff off the island. We had a nice time, but for the price we paid we were expecting better.

Beautiful luxury hotel in a quiet area , near the marina so great for trying out different restaurants. There is maintenance work being carried out which we didn’t know about and it can be quiet nosy if you are on that side of the hotel which we were. The restaurant was awful, not much choice and food was cold when it came out not to mention very pricey for what it is. Breakfast was a limited selection too so ended up going out for breakfast Despite it being included in package.

Hotel very good, check in was done quickly and efficiently. We arrived at about 8pm and needed an evening meal. The restaurant didn't seem geared up for evening meals as the pork dish we chose was unavailable, surely they should have told us when they gave us the menu, for a 5star hotel it wasn't what we expected. A small complaint would be that the lifts were very slow. However overall the hotel was very good and the staff were lovely. We had an evening flight and the facilities for showering etc etc were excellent. Location for walking to restaurants was also excellent, would definitely go again.
