Innside Palma Center

I spent four nights in the Melia palma center and everything was flawless, from check in and getting a free upgrade to the breakfast. The roof top bar with pool was beautiful the views were great and the drinks and food there were really good. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite, the room was spacious and cleaned everyday there was a comfy bed, a bath and shower tv with some English channels and the mini bar was refilled every day for free with different drinks. Overall a really please to stay I would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant hotel, well situated for all attractions, close to the bus and train stations. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and comfortable. The staff are all amazing, very friendly and helpful. We had bed and breakfast, the choices at breakfast time were plentiful both hot and cold food - pastries were delicious. We had one evening meal in the restaurant which was again delicious and well presented, with a beautiful bottle of Majorcan red wine. As it was my birthday, I was treated to cake and cava by the staff, such a personal touch. The roof top bar was closed as early in the season, but we were able to take drinks up there and sit by the pool, due to the lovely, warm February weather. We caught a taxi from the airport with was very quick and only 21€, on leaving 3 days later the reception staff ordered a taxi for us which arrived very quickly. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly use it in the future.

Hotel is in a great location, clean, friendly staff and good breakfast. Check in was quick and we were having a peaceful lunch at the roof bar in no time! perfect for a weekend away, Palma was fantastic.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Quiet area. Hotel very clean. Towels changed every day and bed linen if wished. Was brilliant sunshine at time there and used the lovely roof terrace to have some time out from sightseeing. However no sunshade or umbrellas to use. Saw other similar hotels had so was disappointing in that respect. So roof terrace was not used by guests. Has an indoor pool and spa. That was lovely to use. Did not eat in hotel as so many cafes/bars/restaurants close by.

Has recently been refurbished - May 2015, I believe - a great compromise between comfort and design: plus, it has the add on factor of excellent service. Location fabulous. The airport bus drops off/ picks up in Placa Espanya - a 300 metre walk (on the flat). It also means that if you want to take the 100 year-old train to Soller then you are conveniently located as the station is also in Placa Espanya. The hotel is located on the northern outer rim of the old town, but this is a very pleasant and easy walk to get to Placa Major (15 mins) or the Cathedral area (25 mins). Almost 60 percent of the route is pedestrian only. PLUS the hotel is only minutes away from the traditional Mallorcan restaurant Celler Sa Premsa; even if you do not eat here you should take a peek inside as restaurants like this are rare in the city, although more frequently found in the inland parts of the island. Last point about location - opposite the hotel is a fabulous music cafe which offers brilliant range of modern and past pop DVDs at a fraction of the UK price. (Cafe Chocolat) The hotel itself has a super pool and bar area on the roof, which is a great place to relax after a heavy day of tourism. The pool is 'small but exquisitely formed', as they say. We tried swimming in this pool, but it is really more of a large, refreshing plunge pool (about a metre deep and not very wide or long). The heated indoor pool in the basement was more satisfactory for a swim. However, the roof terrace bar is a lovely place to hang out after a meal at night, but it closes a bit early at around 10.30 and keeping it open till midnight, at least, in the summer would be a good idea. Urgent cocktail tuition needed for some staff!!!! Rooms are v. pleasant with an overall 'whiteness' common to minimalist boutique hotels now. Beds very comfy with a spacious bathroom. Not enough coat-hangers (3 each!!) When we requested more, management could not have been more helpful. Actually, not much storage space for clothes and bits and bobs - full stop. We had to use our suitcases as additions to the two small drawers available. We are not all business-men on over-night trips. The free soft-drink mini-bar is a real asset. Impressed! Plus, the safe was large and easily accommodated tablets/ lap-top . Lovely towels but the soap was measly - one small circle for 4 days. We only got this replaced the day before leaving when it was down to a wafer. Good breakfast, but scattered. SERVICE EXCELLENT THROUGHOUT!

excellent. got a free upgrade with outdoor hot tub. central location, easy to get to from airport on public transport. the no 1 bus door to door. only 3 euro each way per person (or 20 euro by taxi!) highly recommend
