Periana

Periana holidays

A soothing soak

It’s well worth making the 3km journey to the hamlet of Banos de Vilo. Here you’ll find Moorish sulphur baths with mineral-rich waters said to have medicinal and reviving effects. Take a dip and unwind while marvelling at the history of the area.

Fine produce

Periana is known for the quality of its local crops – peaches and olives. Be sure to sample the fresh fruits in town and look at for the peach festival every summer. The locally made Verdial olive oil is highly prized too.
