Here at Jet2holidays, customer service is at the heart of everything we do – that’s why we’re pleased to launch a new faster refund service to help you get your money back even quicker!

This brilliant new service means we can refund your money in just a few hours, rather than days. Plus, you won’t need to wait to speak to our busy Customer Service team.

To deliver faster refunds, we’ve partnered up with HSBC. Don’t worry if your account isn’t with HSBC though as this service works with all banks. Find out more below.

How faster refunds work

  1. Check your emails: We'll email the registered email address on your booking with full instructions on how to complete your refund. Any emails from us will come from either customerservice@jet2email.com or CustomerService@jet2holidaysemail.co.uk.
  2. Click on the link: Click on the email and follow the link to a portal.
  3. Log in to the portal: Use your Jet2holidays booking reference number to log in and it’ll give you all the information you’ll need about the refund amount, as well as the reason your refund failed, if applicable. Just so you know, your booking reference number is case sensitive, so make sure any letters you enter are capitalised.
