Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 8.30pm

Saturday & Sunday: 9.00am – 6.00pm

To speed up the process when calling us we ask that you have the below information ready for us to assist you:

• Does the customer have a medical condition? Reason for the request.
• Has the customer been hospitalised or had any complications?
• Does the customer need any wheelchair assistance at the airport?
• Does your customer require the use of a support seat or harness, and will they be travelling with a guide dog?
• Will the customer be taking a mobility aid?
• Are there any seating requirements for the flight?
• Can the customer manage coach transfer steps?
• Does the customer require an adapted room?
