Hotel is in the perfect location, it is very close to Railway Station, Duomo and many other sites. The staff were excellent and spoke perfect English. Bedrooms were quite big and the bathroom had a deep bath and rainfall shower(brilliant!) Breakfast was the normal Continental and plenty of it. The bar was quite small but nice for a relaxing drink. Overall, cleanliness could not be faulted and I would recommend this to anyone.We ate out in 2 restaurants whilst we were there:Trattoria "Il Porcospino" Recommended by Reception at hotel. excellent menu, reasonable price and good quality. Turn left out of main door ,immediate Left, straight up through market to the top, at "T" junction turn Right, It's 100 meters down on Right side.If you just want a Pizza we had one at the restaurant on the corner as you leave market on Right.
4th visit to Hotel Corona D`Italia. Very clean and comfortable rooms with good facilities, breakfast adequate, all at a good price. Just around the corner a huge indoor market with lots of local cuisine on offer on upper level, downstairs local produce to purchase as well as more eating opportunities!! Many tratorias just yards from the hotel priced very reasonably priced. The hotel is really well positioned for exploring the sights of Florence whether walking,taxi or open topped hop on/off bus. Close to train and bus stations, we will stay here again on next visit to Florence.
Amazing hotel and so close to all attractions. Plus it's just a short walk from the railway station. The staff are so helpful and friendly especially the guy at breakfast. Nothing too much trouble. Oh and the breakfasts are just what is needed to start your day. The rooms are spacious and very clean.
No free wi-fi, all the bars in the area provide it, but the hotel charges. Walking distance from main railway station, handy for getting to the airport. Close to most of the main attraction in Florence

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
