The hotel was OK but the works on the facade seemed to drag the experience down. I am disabled and use a small mobility scooter which was extremely difficult to get over the front door step, without a ramp! Breakfast was as you would expect and seemed a good selection. The rooftop bar was nice, but difficult to access for disabled people, although the staff were very helpful to enable it.

friendly bed and breakfast. 5 minute walk from train station and within 30 minute walk of all attractions and lots of restaurants very clean and love comfortable beds. excellent breakfast loads of choice.
The hotel was ideally situated being only a five minutes walk to the railway station. Despite being in the centre it was very quiet. A lot of very good restaurants were within a couple of minutes walk of the hotel. All of Florence's wonderful buildings and the river were within a short walk. Rooms had mini fridges and air conditioning that did not turn off when you left the rooms. A good continental breakfast was available from to 10 am.

Hotel stuck in the 60s and not in a good way. Bathroon is extremely small with mould around the bathtub, soap dispensers were empty. A/c system is first generation. Furniture is just old, not antique. ... more

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
