Beautiful hotel built into a mountain side with eazy reach of florence. Good link with public transport. Very friendly and attentive staff. Great food served. A fantastic cook. AC rooms, with stunning views. Make sure you check out the roof terrace.
Cut into the side of a hill, the hotel reminds me of a James Bond set. The staff are super efficient and helpful and always willing to provide lifts to the local bus stop. The evening wait staff were attentive, polite and always there when you needed themThe views are stunning and most rooms offer balconies overlooking Florence, sadly our room didn't but no complaints about the view. All rooms contain a small kitchen which is adequate for cooking a romantic meal on a balcony. Without doubt, having travelled all around the world this is one of my favourite hotels and places to stay. My only quibble was a parking charge of 15€ a day. The car never moved from when we arrived so i thought 75€ was expensive. The charge should have been made aware at time of booking so that is perhaps the travel companies fault and not the fault of the hotel. I will definitely return here
Loved every moment. Staff couldnt do enough to help us. The surroundings were stunning. Ideal location only negative we picked deluxe suite instead of balcony suite and traffic was very noisy through day and night.

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
