Hotel was in great location for sight seeing and train station, lots of bars and cafes nearby too. Room was very comfortable and good value for money. Hotel itself was very nice and also staff were very nice and helpful
Excellent location. Everything on your doorstep. Would have liked a bigger window (it was so high up you couldnt see anything) room a bit shabby but for the price and location is was good value. Staff very nice, breakfast good. Would stay there again.
Great location smack bang in the middle of Florence, 5 mins walk from main train station and 3 mins walk from Duomo. Florence is an easy walkable city. The hotel was ok and as you don't spend much time there it was fine for us. It was 35c when we were there and was very humid. The room did have air con but was not the best and just took the edge off the heat. Everything else was fine and what was expected for 3 star. The breakfast room never got that busy and has your normal bread/ham/cheese/cereal and sweet pastries with a coffee and juice machines. All in all with the friendly staff and position of hotel it was worth the money paid
Enjoyed stay and location. Had breakfast on patio but needed to combat pigeons. Suggest leaving sign to not leavefood unattended1. Liked hotel and would stay there again. Use train as so convenient to get about

What a nice hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious, and especially our receptionist, Vittorio, was very kind and helped us several times with finding great restaurants.

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
