Very well organised, with easy check-in and bag drop. There were enough staff working at Leeds Bradford Airport to cope with the amount of passengers, and there was a polite lady checking us in at Palma on the way back. They even opened another desk to get the queues down. Easy private transfers. Good updates through text services.

Excellent staff from arrival at Leeds Bradford Airport check-in, through to Jersey Airport, with excellent staff on board the flight. Everything was organised to perfection by Jet2holidays with friendly helpful staff throughout. Our coach was waiting on arrival at Jersey Airport to transfer us to hotel and same on way home, with the pickup coach arrived at the specified time and place as advised. Everything ran smoothly without any issues.

The Jet2 app was easy to use

The booking process was so easy. When travelling through the airport, my son had his Sunflower Lanyard on and they put us through both departures and arrivals on Assisted Travel, meaning we weren't in long queues that would have peaked his anxiety further. When we arrived at the airport, there was Jet2 staff everywhere. So from the start of the holiday, you're taken care of. During the holiday, we always knew which days a Customer Helper would be available for us. Coming home, it was no different, you were always there to help.

From booking the holiday over the phone was excellent to the paying off system is great. The app is good the text updates just before you go to the arrival and then the updates for the return was excellent. The rep Maria was so helpful but not at all pushy. We booked a trip and that exceeded our expectations also. Maria was knowledgeable regarding the resort and said to reach out to her if we needed anything.

We’ve always been delighted with Jet2 but this time I got in touch and asked if there was anything they could do as it was our 1st wedding anniversary. We were treated like VIPs on the flight and invited to meet the crew and have photos taken on the flight deck (after landing of course) along with the champagne I’d pre-ordered, and a Captain’s announcement, it was really special - and this was just the start. A total contrast from when we flew on Ryanair for our honeymoon and they couldn’t care less. The whole holiday was outstanding in every way.

Fabulous holiday made smooth and easy by Jet2

The whole process of flying, checking in etc is normally quite stressful, but with Jet2 the stress is taken away - far better than other airlines! Plenty of lovely helpful staff guiding you through it and coming home we arrived at Malaga Airport in plenty of time. Boarding the plane at Malaga was the best we've had, such a clever idea to have A, B and C boarding so you board those at the back of the plane first. Cabin Crew were lovely and friendly and we had a lovely meal deal on the plane, great choice of food and tasty too. Everything was so well organised we only want to fly with Jet2 from now on! Also great to have 22kg baggage allowance.

The hotel really was special and the staff there were the best I've ever encountered on a package holiday. We originally book our own independent holidays and hotels as we haven't had great experiences with package holidays but this was superb. The location, the hotel, the staff, the treatment, the food, the facilities were truly first class. Travelling with Jet2 was also absolutely seamless and communication was excellent from the ground staff to the captain on board both flights to and from our location.

We were told the importance of good customer service, this is something you have in abundance, real first class.

Being our first time with Jet2 we were worried about what to do once at the airport, but from the moment we walk in, we were greeted by a lovely lady who showed us where we had to go. We were then greeted by another lovely lady who helped us with our bags, we were through check in and security within 10 minutes. The crew who took us were brilliant, very helpful and friendly. When we got to the other end, which is normally the most stressful part of the holiday as you have to try and find transfers- well we didn’t have anything to worry about, we were greeted again by a lovely lady who told us our bus number and showed us the way, outstanding service.
