Enjoyed four nights in great bedroom with shower in middle. Our room had wall between bed and shower. All staff friendly and helpful at all requests. Great selection of hot and cold food for breakfast. Easy access to tram and bus network. We enjoyed Lipizanner show and concert at the Wein Konzerthause. Fireworks at Rathaus for New Year was very busy and enjoyable. Ate in several restaurants close to Hotel. All food and beer wad tasty. Thanks Jet2 good choice in your Hotel Selection
Not sure this resort deserves its 5 star, 3.5 may be closer. They state in brochure that the luxury is subtle, I am afraid too subtle for me to spot. The room did not live up to the picture in the brochure
Jet2 holiday, excellent service, breakfast excellent so many choices on offer , very relaxing not being hurried. Helpful stafff any questions about transport , directions or information no problem at reception.Don't be shy as shower is in the bedroom.
Great hotel. Staff were polite and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, and the location was excellent. 3 minutes walk from the nearest underground/tram station. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
What a lovely hotel. The rooms were perfect, the staff were SO helpful and the situation was very close to both tram and underground stations. The bar was quiet and intimate, and the breakfasts were delicious - no problem if you ask for vegan/vegetarian food, eg, soya latte. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
Lovely hotel in a great area. The beautiful historical centre is within easy walking distance. The Fleming's itself is a very nice, clean, we'll run hotel. The breakfasts were amazing & a lot staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend for a stay in central Vienna.
We had an excellent stay in this hotel, the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly, the reception desk staff were excellent particularly Geda(?). Breakfast was very good. The location was very good & 15 minutes walk from the old town centre

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
