Having previously stayed at their sister hotel in Kitzbuhel we were looking forward to our stay in Vienna and the Kaiserhof didn't disappoint. Reasonably well situated very close to the No.1 tram stop and a metro station so getting around the city was easy. The hotel itself was spotless and breakfast was excellent.
Brilliant few days at the Kaiserhof, hotel very clean, beautiful decor, friendly staff who all spoke English, breakfast spread great. Evening menu not so great but very near city centre so not a problem. Would certainly stay there again.
